Originally from Denver, CO, US but now living for the past 2 and a half years in Nijmegen, Netherlands, I have over 10 years of teaching experience with a variety of subjects and age levels.

My favorite subjects to teach are mathematics, science, and writing, but I also have a lot of experience teaching SAT/ACT prep, academic skills, and other high school and university courses.

I teach with the philosophy that anyone can learn (and enjoy learning), given the right strategy and teacher. More than helping you learn the material I will make sure you pick up the tools necessary to be successful in an academic setting well into the future.

Having grown up with ADHD, I am well aware of the challenges that come with surviving academics with learning differences. I've also spent 2 years working specifically with children with ADHD, dyslexia, and autism and I obtained a master's degree studying the biological basis of neurodevelopmental disorders.
