Anna taught my daughter as she started her violin studies at the Bron School of Music. It was important for us to find a skilled teacher with high standards and also a teacher able to communicate with children and teach musicianship. Ellen Wong ▪ Anna inspired my daughter a love for the instrument and for music altogether. We have no doubt that she will devote the same passion and energy to any musical pursuit she puts her mind to. She has our unreserved recommendation. Trusted teacher: I specialize in tutoring chemistry and biology for IGCSE and IB students. I am a slow learner that takes time to process new information. This makes me very patient. Also, it means that acknowledge the importance of differences in learning style between students and accommodate for this. Because I am a slow learner, I would go the extra mile in highschool and at university by organizing revision sessions and getting extra practice papers from my teachers. This allowed me to get A*s in my IGCSEs and a score of 41 in my IB. Academic success is about understanding what examiners are looking for I aim to help students improve by building their confidence and allowing them to become independent learners, which is a skill that will be required throughout their academic careers. Indeed, my aim is to teach students how to revise for exams, but also to convince students that being academically successful is achievable when one understands what examiners are looking for, for instance by: a. finding patterns in past papers b. close examination of the course syllabus, which contains many clues and often the written answers to questions that will be asked during examinations The points above are particularly relevant in the sciences (though it also applies to other subjects). In biology, for instance, memorizing the process of DNA replication from a Biology HL textbook may not actually give the student full marks, as examiners are looking for specific points relating to this process, some of which may be more intuitive than others. The key is to look at the syllabus, past papers and the markschemes, as well as the recommended textbook to provide insightful answers.

Violin lessons from Juilliard trained concert violinist (Trélex)
Suyeon
Suyeon is an excellent teacher as he engages the student to take ownership in their learning process. She was very generous in sharing her knowledge and experience in teaching the violin. She was very attentive to all aspects of violin playing: solfège, rhythm, technique, intonation, posture, position to mention a few. She communicates clearly and gives positive feedback to the student. My son learned a lot from her in one lesson!

The Russian. Special Russian course for all levels. (Giswil)
Elena
I have taken two lessons since two weeks and I enjoy the way Elena is teaching. There is a rhythm and I am motivated again to dive into Russian language. I enjoy the remote teaching as I save time in my planning which avoid me to lose time in displacement as I have a packed schedule.
