In the 90 min classes we end with a body consciousness practice that helps the body understand that it can be relaxed and attentive at the same time. This part is done lying on a yoga mat or rug and one tends to lose body heat. If you tend to be cold, I recommend using a blanket and comfortable, warm clothing. We will co-create the classes.
