It's a common misconception that becoming bilingual is as simple as practicing and using tools. Of course, practice is essential, but the heart of the problem lies elsewhere: in your brain. Speaking blocks aren't a lack of skill, but a reaction your brain makes to a situation perceived as dangerous. This is where neuroscience comes in. The mechanism is simple and powerful: Every time you've had a negative experience while practicing English (being mocked, having difficulty, experiencing exam stress), your brain has registered that moment as a danger. As a certified coach specializing in public speaking, I have already supported business leaders with their presentations, students with their oral exams, and individuals with their interviews. My role is to help you reprogram your brain by dissociating English from fear. The course of our sessions is simple and focused on your results: Step 1: Unblocking.
