I am beyond grateful to have found Shraddha as an online math tutor for my 15-year-old son. Before signing up for tutoring sessions with her, my son was struggling with understanding key math concepts, and it was affecting his overall confidence in the subject. Ona has been a much better teacher than I could've hoped for. First and foremost, she has the ability to be very adaptable with respect to the way that she instructs you. Whether it be observing and understanding how the student learns most effectively or more explicitly, you can tell what you want to learn and how you'd like to do so. Many teachers, I have found, have a method and stick with it, without consideration of how a student may learn best. That ability on its own distinguishes between what is a good/average teacher and a GREAT teacher or coach. She is also extremely kind and patient (something very important for me, as I tend to struggle!), which makes learning something difficult and a bit exhausting at times, much more enjoyable than it would be otherwise. S-Tier Instructor!

I have worked with Maria for a few weeks now. She has been really helpfully in a number of areas - identifying where I need improvement through conversation, listening to what I wanted to achieve from the sessions, and then mixing the two to produce really helpful lessons. Maria is responsive to my needs - she sees when I am struggling or doing well and adjusts the lessons accordingly while also keeping it interesting and specific for me.
