Meditative Body Meditative Body is a meditative practice of asanas, a peaceful journey of self awareness and personal development in the depths of the wisdom of the physical body . Through a simple physical and breathing technique, we release the body the mind and we arrive in a state of calmness, quietness and deep silence, allowing consciousness to be present. Lightness , clearness and wellbeing in mental and physical level appears during the session and beyond after the end .
