With my years of experience as a violin teacher in Belgium, France and New Zealand, I offer private lessons adapted to all levels. I have been passionate about the violin since the age of 6. After graduating from the academy, I had the chance to study with Mr. Benderski, a talented Ukrainian teacher, to improve my skills. During the last 10 years, I have also played in various music groups, which has allowed me to develop a versatile approach to the instrument. I love working with children and helping adults improve. My teaching method is based on understanding and listening to the needs of each student. I strive to create a positive and encouraging learning environment so that my students feel comfortable and progress at their own pace. In addition to teaching classical repertoire, I am also proficient in jazz improvisation. I have played a lot of gypsy jazz on my travels, which has allowed me to develop skills in improvisation and jazz style. I am happy to share my passion and my knowledge in this field with my students. I offer individual violin lessons for beginners, advanced players and music students. My particular focus is on Baroque music and historically informed performance practice. For the past three years, I have been intensively studying the Baroque violin and the music of the 17th and 18th centuries. In my teaching, I convey not only technical fundamentals but also stylistic understanding, phrasing, articulation, and the characteristic sound of Baroque music. In addition, I naturally also teach the classical violin repertoire. Lessons cover playing technique, bowing, intonation, vibrato, scales, musical expression, and efficient practice. I'm happy to support you with entrance exams, competitions, orchestra auditions, or when learning new pieces. Each lesson is individually tailored to your goals and skill level. I am studying violin at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna (mdw).

I have guided many students to success in ABRSM exams, from Grade 1 to Grade 8, including the latest online exam format. These courses are primarily aimed at beginners or false beginners wishing to learn the violin on a solid foundation, in a progressive and motivating way. Trained in classical and chamber music by a conservatory professor, I have developed an approach to the violin that is both rigorous and accessible, always keeping the pleasure of playing as the objective. We work on the essential fundamentals: posture, bow hold, intonation, tone, and basic musicality. Emphasis is placed on a clear progression adapted to each student. Each lesson is personalized according to your pace and objectives, whether it's to discover the instrument, consolidate the basics or evolve towards a more expressive style of playing. Courses are available in French or English.

This violin course is designed for beginners and intermediate students, and aims to develop the essential technical and musical skills for playing smoothly and expressively. The program includes learning the fundamentals of violin playing, such as correct posture, grip, and producing a clear tone. You'll work on scales and arpeggios to develop your dexterity, as well as bowing techniques to master different stroke patterns. Sheet music reading, musical analysis, and music theory practice are integrated into the course to strengthen your theoretical knowledge and music-reading skills. Alongside this, you'll explore a diverse repertoire, ranging from classical works to more contemporary pieces, and will have the opportunity to work in a group to improve your listening and coordination with other musicians. The course also includes personalized guidance to structure your practice and prepare you for performances, with an emphasis on musical expression and managing stage fright. My approach aims to make each student independent and to encourage their musical development in a caring and motivating environment.
