The course and my method of teaching the language are based on a communicative approach: the student will learn the language gradually by using it and communicating in a real language and not abstract. To achieve this goal, many activities will be offered using authentic teaching materials such as newspaper articles, pages from novels, movie scenes, song lyrics and many more.

I am a British native english speaker working in Brussels, looking to help anyone who wants to improve either their spoken or written english in a professional or social context. My goal is to be flexible and focus on exactly what you want to improve, having some experience in privately tutoring English to French and Dutch children before. I have a B2/C1 level certificate in French so if needed the class can be taught in French.

I offer Basque courses for all levels and ages. Classes can be individual or group. My methodology depends on the strengths and weaknesses of the students. The methodology depends on the needs of the students. I can adapt my methodology for students who do not yet know how to read and write. For the little ones, my classes are very practical and full of games. For older students, I will direct the classes according to the student's goal.

I am an associate teacher and I offer private tutoring lessons in French, at secondary level, at lower and higher levels. In particular, I master the preparation methods for the French baccalaureate. Spanish classes for beginners and intermediate level. I speak, apart from Spanish, English with a high B2 level and French at a B1 level. I continue studying both languages, so I can speak them without problem. We can do conversation, grammar or exam preparation classes.

As for children: I already have experience teaching Spanish to children and adults, I lived in Paris working as an au pair, so I also have experience with children. I grew up in the United States and completed my studies in the US as well. I have taught English to people of all ages and skill levels. I like to focus on communication and verbal expression from the very beginning, as I have found speaking is the quickest way to learn. I then incorporate small readings, like short news articles, so that the most useful and necessary parts of the language are learned first.
