Reviews (10)

I have wanted singing lessons for some time; I had them briefly in my youth and I sing and play guitar for a hobby. Juliett showed me some good tips already in the first lesson and left me some good warming up techniques that I shall practice every day before a our next lesson. Juliett is very friendly and before I knew it she had me singing high notes I did not know I was capable of reaching. The lesson was fun, I enjoyed every second and I’m looking forward to the next. She clearly has a beautiful voice herself and knows the correct techniques using classical methods to get the most out of a voice. We looked at what I wanted to sing, not what she wanted me to sing. Learning should be fun and I’m confident my singing voice will get better over time with these techniques that are used by professional singers worldwide. 100% this is a five star review; I would give a thousand stars, but the limit is five.
Juliett is a very warm and professional teacher. She not only know her singing very well and you can hear it, she also doing it herself with much passion that makes you admire her. She will know how to correct you help you and explain to you how to produce the best of your voice. She is also warm hearted and very pleasent to learn with. I highly recommend her to whoever want to take singing seriously.
An artist full of passion building a strong confidence in every student... After every appointment whit her I am leaving full of energy and allways more and more motivated.... And of course tks for all you energy and patience 🙏🙏🙏😊😊😊
Juliett is amazing. I made considerable progress from our first session!
I whole-heartedly recommend her.

Singing practice and breathing and voice-holding exercises
Breathing exercises Pose of voice Interpretation Expression Thanks to an improvement in technique, singing is easier, and we can gain a few more notes. Singer for 50 years, full course of classical singing at the academy, I am part of several groups, where the voices are worked, solo but also in vocal backing.

Bianca
Conservatory graduate gives private lessons in modern singing and jazz
The method I use in my singing lessons is divided into two main parts: the technique and the repertoire. In vocal technique, we will work on specific aspects such as the anatomy of the phonatory apparatus, its functioning, breathing, vocal emission, extension exercises, vocal register, vocal agility and vocal hygiene. . In the repertoire, we will mainly work on songs that help and support the development of everyone's artistic personality, and we will choose songs that can help the student acquire new vocal language and vocal cues. With me you can work on songs in Italian (I am a native Italian speaker), in English (I graduated from the Brussels Conservatory in English under the direction of my singing teacher David Linx), in French and in Spanish (languages that I studied, spoke and sung) and finally in Portuguese (a language that I studied a lot thanks to the Brazilian music that I sang and from which I learned a lot). My method is for anyone of any age who has decided to use their voice consciously, so not only singers but also actors, teachers and anyone who has to use the voice in their profession. With children, the method will focus more on rhythm, singing and musical awakening. In addition, we will explore topics such as complementary piano (piano accompaniment with voice), songwriting (writing your first songs or helping you write and write an unreleased song), recording and producing songs. a cover or your own original song. In short, there are so many things to learn about voice and music that the avenues are endless and I am always looking for them, constantly updating and with great passion that I can't wait to pass on to you. App
Private course of Piano/Composition/Computer Music with AppMuse
< Learning to play the piano is not learning to play the piano > Before you start learning the piano, you should know that: -''What we really want to learn is "music", not "piano".'' The purpose of learning any instrument is to learn to use the language of "music" so that we can use it to express ourselves and enjoy ourselves with others. We play the piano to make beautiful music, not to make our hands fast or our fingers strong ( That is the job of gym.). < Course content > Actually, I prefer calling my course " Music Counselling " because we will not only discuss " piano performance ", but also music theory, music history, instrument structure, piano playing ergonomy, composers' style study, harmony, composition, arrangement, recording, computer music, MIDI, sound physics. . and all sorts of other topics that professional musicians should know about, but for now, for not confusing you, I will simply call our classes "piano lessons". < Duration > For each course, I will schedule at least 70 minutes for you, including 60 minutes for the course, plus 10 minutes for discussion and questions (so that your course isn't rushed by the next student). I hope our courses will give you enough time to solve your piano and music problems. < Recording > I highly encourage and help my students to record. This gives you an objective standard to review what you have done. In my 9 years music teaching experience, it is often that a student is already playing some parts very well, but because there is no objective standard to compare, they feel they could be better, but don't know how to make it better. It's easy to get tired and bored when one is practicing without a clear goal. Comparing your recordings with those you like on YouTube or Spotify can help you to identify yourself a lot. If you have a digital piano, for each session we can produce your music video as a result of your effort. When I have a new student, I spend time understanding his or her current level and discussing his or her study plan in details. My student is fairly free to select their own themes, repertoires, and study progress.

Vincent
Singing and vocal technique lessons (Classical, Jazz, Pop)
Student at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels My lessons aim to give you the keys to mastering your voice and allowing you to carry out the musical projects you undertake. Whether you are a beginner or not, comfortable with music theory or not, my lessons will aim to develop your vocal and musical technique.

Nazanin
Classical piano lessons, music theory and musical culture
Learning to play the piano is like learning another language, it is the language of the body in harmony with the music. I teach my students to have a musical thought to better understand the technique and I work on body gestures to make it easier to adapt to the instrument. I can learn to read and write music, have notions of music theory, play classical music, songs, movie music, ... I have a Master in Solo Piano and a Master in Chamber Music from the Royal Conservatory of Brussels. I also have a musical diploma of the regional conservatory of Paris. I've been teaching regularly for 8 years. I have experience with children and adults.

Sara
Piano lessons given by concert pianist with four postgraduate diplomas
Being naturally very skilled in sight-reading of music scores, I've realized numerous times how helpful and enjoyable can be to posses that "gift". Now, after many years of experience in teaching at different levels and aspirations of students, I can surely say that, despite their different ambitions in playing piano, all of them were very keen in learning how to be better in reading completely new and unknown music to them. Currently, I'm developing an approach which could efficiently help one in understanding better the composition seen for the first time, through "scanning" analysis and use of logical patterns while getting to know basis of classical harmony. I'm a concert pianist with rich performing experience on worldwide stages, 1st prize winner of more then 30 international piano competitions in Europe and USA, holding Master degree, as well as two different Postgraduate degrees and two different Concert musician diplomas in special program for gifted concert artists at Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel.

Singing lessons: improve your vocal skills and enjoy !
These lessons are made for beginners, intermediate singers who want to get deeper into their vocal possibilities. During the first half hour, we do a few vocal and physical exercises to warm up, discuss and identify what you want to improve or learn, and I am gonna give you keys and paths to reach your goals. The second half of the lesson is purely based on interpretation. I accompany you on the piano, and we sing the songs you chose. We try to work on different songs as often as possible to keep it as fun as possible ! I can also help you on writing/interpreting your own songs if you are into writing ! I also studied music for 5 years at the Conservatoire National à Rayonnement Régional of Nice, France.
