This compassion session is a one-to-one space for inner exploration and healing, designed for sensitive individuals or those on a personal growth path who feel the need to reconnect with themselves with greater gentleness, understanding, and self-love. SESSION OBJECTIVES Starting from a current challenge, a present emotion (sadness, anger, fear, shame, guilt, feelings of abandonment, lack of self-worth, etc.), or a difficult inner experience, this session offers a space for deep and compassionate dialogue with an essential part of the self: the inner child. The aim is to meet this sensitive part—sometimes wounded or forgotten—in order to: *understand what is happening at a deeper level *welcome the primary emotion at the root of the distress *offer it listening, recognition, and a sense of safety *gradually transform this emotional charge into a more soothing, nourishing, and constructive inner state This session is entirely based on exchange, presence, and guided inner dialogue. I generally work with a student for 4 - 6 weeks, with a single class per week. The student has daily homework to do in-between classes to assist with the transformation that will be energetically occurring when working with me.
