Music Production for Beginners ​ My personally designed Music Production course is aimed at complete beginners who have the desire to discover how to compose, record and produce their own music. The course is structured in a way that will enable you to make the style of music you love. It is ideal for aspiring composer’s, producer’s, musicians and sound engineer’s. For this course you will have the opportunity to learn either Logic Pro or Ableton Live (GarageBand is also an option to get you underway), both are industry leading digital audio workstations (DAW). Each session is tailored to your personal interests and goals, exploring both the theory and practical applications of working techniques and practices, in order to provide you with a solid foundation of the overall production process. Lessons are held one-to-one to allow you to learn at your own pace and receive the resources and support you require. I will continuously keep track of and review your progress so that your objectives are always being pursued. Here is the overall course content: Which music software is right for me? Writing music for the film is fun, rewarding, and forever in high demand. With the huge surge in the number of streaming platforms, video content creators, advertisement campaigns, YouTube Vloggers, Podcasters, Instagram influencers, etc, is a composer who can write to picture, and to a brief is a sought after skill. However, it also challenging and demanding, and doing it effectively requires an understanding of several key components which I With many years of experience in writing music for various visual mediums, I can provide tuition to those starting out, or help enhance the skills of those who have been composing for a while but want to specialize in syncing their music to the moving image. Hi, my name is Jeremy and I've played music for 19 years, having performed over 200 concerts and composed with a wide variety of groups and ensembles across England and Belgium in many genres (Funk, R&B, Soul, Jazz, Rock, Alternative, Punk and more). I have completed 3 years of intensive bass study at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels and am currently playing bass plus backing-vocals and song arrangement for Kids of the Elephant and Arrubio.
