Need help with maths or biology? As a biomedical scientist with a PhD in Medicine and Health Sciences, I enjoy helping students of all ages to better understand the material and learn with greater confidence. We work at your own pace and in a way that suits your learning style. How does a lesson work? In the first session, we identify the main difficulties together. From there, we build up step by step. I encourage questions and provide practical tips and strategies to make studying more effective. We work through exercises together, discuss examples, and then move on to more challenging problems to deepen understanding. This approach ensures you’re well prepared for your tests and exams. A positive learning experience Learning should be enjoyable. With a patient, motivating and clear approach, I create a relaxed environment where it’s okay to make mistakes, and no question is too much to ask — because that’s how real learning happens. Interested? Feel free to get in touch for more information or to arrange your first lesson. I’ll be happy to help you move forward!

I have experience teaching in secondary and higher education and have been providing tutoring for over 10 years. If you want to brush up on your basic science knowledge (chemistry, biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology, biotechnology, inorganic chemistry), you have come to the right place.

Biomedical sciences such as biochemistry, cellular and molecular biology, microbiology, and immunology are required for different types of university studies such as medicine, pharmacy, and allied health professions. These are courses that are at the heart of my academic and professional career. I have a doctorate in biomedical and pharmaceutical sciences and I am currently a professor at the Léonard de Vinci high school in Brussels. I adopt an interactive method adapted to the needs of each student. I coach the student to develop a working method that makes them autonomous in their journey. I also offer support and proofreading for TFE, master's and doctoral manuscripts.

Biology is the study of life, from tiny cells and microbes to vast ecosystems and human anatomy. This class covers everything — genetics, botany, zoology, microbiology, and even advanced molecular biology — step by step. Once you grasp the core concepts, biology becomes exciting, easy, and full of fascinating discoveries!

My science classes are fully tailored to each student's level and objectives, whether they are a secondary school student looking to strengthen their understanding of biology, prepare for an important exam, or a university student seeking support with more advanced scientific concepts. As an active researcher holding a PhD in neuroscience, with international experience in Belgium and the United Kingdom, I bring both deep scientific knowledge and the ability to make complex topics clear, engaging, and accessible. Each session begins with a review of the student's current difficulties, followed by structured explanations, concrete examples drawn from real scientific research, and targeted exercises to reinforce understanding. I adapt my teaching pace and style to each individual, ensuring that no student is left behind and that every concept is fully understood before moving on. My approach is patient, rigorous, and encouraging. I believe that any student can succeed in science with the right guidance and support. Classes are available in person in Brussels or online, offering full flexibility to suit any schedule or learning preference.

Do you have a second session, do you want to advance or deepen your knowledge? I teach mainly during the summer holidays. My classes are aimed at students in primary school, humanities, or bachelor's degrees at university/college. I have been giving private lessons for several years and have been a university tutor. The class begins by setting the student's expectations: do they want help solving exercises, is there a problem understanding? I favor examples during my explanations to provide more concrete information. I can also prepare additional exercises when I see it is necessary or when the student requests it.

I am passionate for the natural sciences and I teach my students to understand how things works, why such a process works in a certain way instead of working in the other way around instead of keeping memorizing concepts. I teach not only to help the student succeed, but to make him understand the importance and the logic of science, arousing their curiosity and knowledge.

With a bachelor's degree in biological sciences and a master's student in biochemistry and molecular and cellular biology, I propose to help you improve your knowledge in biology and / or help your children fill in their gaps. The courses can cover a wide variety of subjects, such as: the cell and its structures, Mendelian genetics, the principles of biological evolution, molecular biology (DNA replication, transcription into mRNA and translation into proteins) , biochemistry (fundamental metabolisms, protein structure), the complex systems of our body (nervous, respiratory, immune, hormonal, renal, etc.), biomes and ecosystems, cell divisions (mitosis and meiosis), microbiology, etc.

1. This class is for aspiring biologists. The focus is to understand the basis of biology. You will learn about the detailed structure and function of cell organelles of both prokaryotic as well as eukaryotic cells. 2. Introduction to molecular biology including concepts of genetic material and various experiments including Hersey chase , Griffith etc experiments with full diagrammatic illustrations and testing

Acrually in the last year of Medicine (Master3) and graduated with a CESS in sciences-mathematics-languages (8h sciences, 6h maths, 6h languages) with an in-depth quadrimester of biology, cell biology, molecular biology, among others, during my first and second year of university. I teach in biology, molecular biology as well as cell biology, both in theory and in practice. I base myself on the course of the student as well as my knowledge to deepen the bases of the students in order to arrive at an autonomy of reflection on the part of this one.

I have a master's degree in biomedical sciences with a specialization in Quality Assurance (Distinction) from the University of Liège. So I have a lot of knowledge about human biology / biochemistry. I have a good general level for other subjects namely French, English, physics, mathematics, ...

Are you having difficulty understanding your course or solving your Cellular Biology? Molecular Biology? Neuroscience exercises? I personalize my lessons to the needs of each student, because everyone has their own way of learning. I know how to adapt to different learning systems, whether they are more about memorizing theoretical courses or more about applying theory and logic in exercises. This flexibility allowed me to obtain a Master's degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology - Biochemistry at ULB and my Bachelor's degree in General Biology in France. In the first lesson, we will identify what the student's problems are, whether they are in memorizing the theoretical course, or in understanding, or in applying the theory in examples. Afterwards we will work on the material so that the student can not only understand the material but also pass the exams. In addition, I am familiar with the learning mechanisms of dyslexics.

Who am I ? I am a biochemist and a cellular and molecular biologist. I then obtained a doctorate in Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Sciences, as well as a second Master in General Management (in evening classes that one). Since my PhD, I work in a pharmaceutical company and supervise production teams for a vaccine. I love science and will do my best to try to explain at best, by popularizing and giving concrete examples. I am relaxed, I like to laugh and I will do my best to explain things in the most friendly way possible. My classes are for all ages, from high school to university level. I can also proofread and correct any work in these subjects. Methodology : I first learn about the particular subject to be addressed and what are the concerns in order to be able to answer the questions as best as possible and to be able to explain things in the best possible way. Personalized approach, discussion to understand the blocking points, try to re-explain things differently to ensure understanding. I try as much as I can to popularize and give concrete examples with material available around me, for a better understanding. Looking forward to reading you !
