Experienced teacher, graduate of the University of Geneva and having studied in Madrid, I am enthusiastic about the idea of helping anyone wishing to enjoy learning to read and speak Spanish. The objective of this course is to offer a pleasant environment to anyone wishing to learn or improve their Spanish, in order to allow them to gain self-confidence. We seek to create an atmosphere where the learner will enjoy coming back and seeing the progress made. Thanks to my experience in teaching and support classes, I appreciate the contact with the students, and especially their smiles when they regain self-confidence and feel capable of progressing. It is a privilege for me to experience these moments that allow students to open up, express themselves and discover new perspectives.

You understand a little Spanish, but when it comes time to speak, the words don't come? That is precisely what we are going to work on. Argentinian and experienced Spanish teacher, I offer lively and personalized lessons to start speaking, gain fluency and use Spanish in real situations: traveling, working, settling in a Spanish-speaking country or simply being able to finally hold a conversation. My method combines conversation, useful vocabulary, and grammar, without turning the lesson into a series of school exercises. We work from concrete situations, short texts, images, press articles, music, or audiovisual documents, according to your interests and objectives. The courses are suitable for both beginners and people who already know Spanish but wish to feel more comfortable speaking it. I can also assist you with: prepare for a trip or a move to Spain or Latin America; discover the particularities of Spanish in Latin America and the Río de la Plata; improve conversation and pronunciation; review the grammatical basics without losing sight of communication; Academic support and exam preparation. I hold two Master's degrees from France (Hispanic Studies and Media, Images and Society) and taught Spanish for several years in the French national education system, at the middle and high school levels. I have also worked in the fields of culture, film, and journalism. Each student has a different objective: the course is built around yours. Courses in Geneva or online. See you soon!

My goal is to help any student to clear up all the gray areas that he could have on a subject and lead him to the success of this one. Together, we will come back to the concepts learned in class that require revision or practice.

Hello, my name is Andrés and I'm a Master student based in the Grand Geneva area. I have been teaching children English, Spanish & German for the last years. I believe that children absorb the most out of a language when they are in constant contact with somebody that masters it and when they learn it through play. I will ensure that your kids feel reassured by empowering them to co-create and learn from each other, embracing a motivation spirit, ensuring effective communication and making sure all diverse voices are being heard and taken into account. Looking forward to hearing from you!
