I would make a good English tutor because I have a strong foundation in English Language and Literature through completing the IB programme, in which I achieved a Grade 6 (Engelska 7, A). This experience helped me develop strong analytical, essay-writing and critical-thinking skills, as well as an understanding of how to interpret texts and communicate ideas effectively. Having recently experienced the challenges of studying English myself, I understand the areas students may struggle with and how important it is to explain concepts clearly and patiently. I would also draw on my own IB experience to help students improve their essay structure, textual analysis and exam techniques.

Hi! I'm a university student with 3 years of experience teaching English to children. I hold a Cambridge C1 Advanced (CAE) certificate and a Slovak national school-leaving certificate. I offer fun, engaging English lessons adapted to each child's age, level and interests. My lessons focus on building confidence in English through conversation, games, stories, activities and everyday situations. I have experience working with children and creating a relaxed and friendly environment where they can learn naturally while having fun. Whether your child is just starting with English, wants to improve their speaking skills, needs help with school English, or simply wants to practise communicating in English, I can adapt the lessons to their needs.
