Composition is hard to define and is by no means limited to one particular style or genre. Our meetings would provide a framework and the context for you to delve deeper into your chosen ideas and creations. As well as composition, I am able to assist you with music theory, ear training, piano and general musicianship. I plan my lessons individually and orientate myself towards your goals. Whether you want to create a Bach fugue or a new single for your EDM album, I would be there to support your stylistic decisions.

I offer private songwriting mentoring/coaching sessions for students of different ages. We will go over what the main components of songwriting are, how to approach it, holding songwriting sessions together, and discover how to find inspiration for writing your own songs or making your own music productions. I encourage students to actively present their productions, songs, sketches, ideas and any sparks of inspiration you may have. I personally use Ableton Live for most of my productions. I regularly write and produce music for my solo project Pološywa as well as all kinds of collaborations with other artists and producers in different genres. My goal as a teacher is to keep and increase the students' love for music as well as to offer necessary and appropriate knowledge/skills to keep the student challenged and of course, enjoy the fun of music!

I offer individually tailored lessons in composition, free improvisation, and piano for students of all levels — from beginners to advanced musicians. Composition Lessons focus on developing a personal musical language through both creative work and analytical study. We analyze scores from various periods, including the 20th and 21st centuries. We explore contemporary compositional techniques, form, harmony, texture, and extended instrumental techniques (including their notation). Students are guided in building original works while strengthening their artistic identity. Free Improvisation This course combines practical exercises with the analysis of selected works and recordings in experimental and improvised music. The aim is to liberate musical expression while consciously shaping an individual musical language. The course is not dedicated to any single style or genre, but rather focuses on helping each participant discover and develop their own artistic voice and approach to music-making. It is suitable not only for beginners, but also for advanced musicians seeking to expand their vocabulary and deepen their artistic practice. There is no restriction to a single instrument: participants are welcome to bring their own instrument or join without any instrument at all. Lessons can take place both individually and in small groups. This format is also highly suitable for children, as improvisation encourages imagination, confidence, and a playful exploration of sound. Piano Piano lessons integrate technique, sound awareness, and interpretative work. Repertoire may include classical, contemporary, or experimental music, depending on the student’s interests and goals. We work either with a programme assigned by a university or institution, or develop an individual programme tailored to the student’s artistic interests, technical level, and personal objectives.

As a composer, I develop my ideas through improvisation at the piano, which, trained through technique and knowledge, allows for a free discovery of one's own music. So you not only learn to play your favorite songs, but also to understand them and to come up with similar ones yourself. The lessons are completely flexible, and the focus is on fun and discovery. We can learn to play from sheet music or by ear. We can include harmony, rhythm, and ear training – whatever you prefer. "Piano Strings" for Cover Artistry is a special course for complete beginners and advanced piano or keyboard players, who wants to explore, play and create a unique arrangement of their favourite song. Genres: Classical music, Pop, World music. The course is progressively made of ear training, piano playing, basics of music theory, harmony, arranging, singing and performing as a summary of learned skills. Coaching is taking place on acoustic piano, E-piano as well as keyboard. Lessons are taking place per Zoom or Skype for now.

I am a professional, touring and performing guitarist and experienced guitar teacher from a family of folk musicians in Scotland. I've been playing the guitar for 15 years and mostly specializing in folk and indie (including fingerstyle guitar) and blues (inspired by Hendrix and Led Zeppelin), both electric and acoustic guitar. I teach children and adults, all abilities from absolute beginners to advanced players, folk, blues, rock and fingerstyle. I like to teach students through a mixture of learning by ear and learning from music, as in my experience this produces the best and most adaptable players! Lessons are charged at € 15/45 minutes and I can travel to you. Lessons can be either electric or acoustic, but I recommend acoustic for absolute beginners at first.

Guitar Classes (classical with nylon strings ; acoustic with steel strings ; and/or electric) in Vienna or online in various languages (ENG/GER/FRA/ESP) Pedagogue with more than 10 years of experience in scholar and extracurricular contexts is offering his expertise as a guitar teacher for new interested students of all ages. Classes are held in person in Vienna's 3rd district, and can be of course prolonged into the school year. My class is based on various but well structured classical methods, however Pop and modern music remains an important aspect of the learning process, so the various wishes and aspects of guitar playing can be achieved by beginners and advanced students. A vast well catered repertoire and personalized arrangements will be provided for each student individually. Many groups projects with guitars as well as other music instruments were very successfully realized over the years, and many of my students have also succeeded in competitions and important (solo) performances. Prep classes for competitions as well as entrance exams at music institutions are also very possible! Every year there are two student concerts in a beautiful concert hall in the 3rd district (December and June)
