About Me

My name is Mónica Flores, and I am a Venezuelan artist passionate about languages and the diverse cultures that enrich our world. My fascination with languages began in my childhood, thanks to the cultural diversity that has been a constant influence in my life from the family environment.

I have shared my love for the arts and languages through teaching. I taught arts classes and English workshops at renowned Venezuelan institutions such as CEVAZ, Colegio Bella Vista, and Escuela de Artes Por Arte de Piedra. Additionally, I have had the opportunity to work as an instructor in workshops held at prestigious galleries and museums, such as MACZUL and Bellas Artes. I emphasize the importance of art because I consider it a type of language. Similarly, languages and cultures reveal themselves as artistic forms that allow us to understand the world and open our minds to new connections and experiences.
