I am a classical/jazz-trained pianist and composer who graduated "magna cum laude" with a Master's degree in Composition at the Royale Conservatoire of Antwerp. As a pianist and music teacher, I have several years of experience in private and public schools in Italy and I'm now teaching at the Royale Conservatoire of Antwerp. I am familiar with the classical and jazz repertoire as well as with 20th and 21st-century music. I'm passionate about introducing this beautiful and exciting field of art and its related knowledge. If you don't have any music experience or if you already know music and want to develop or study a particular argument, my classes focus on the construction of a personalized study trajectory and methods based on the level, interests, and expectations of the student! The most important thing for me is to keep creativity and interest always stimulated for you to develop or continue to grow your love for music!

In my opinion, the student is the main actor in his learning, and the teacher should be his caring guide. In my opinion, his role is to provide him with appropriate help and support, and not to impose pre-established rules that do not take into account his unique needs. The image of the harsh and cold teacher should therefore be forgotten with me. My philosophy is always to encourage without imposing. The student will also have the opportunity to have access to a much broader repertoire than that imposed in classical education. Thus, he will be able to play his favorite music from all walks of life, whether it be themes from songs, plays, films, series or even video games. Of course, I also encourage classical music, as long as the student finds pleasure in it, which remains and will remain the most important for me. After all, what is music if not the purest and universal essence of our humanity, which brings together and unites our hearts and minds? Henry held a great lesson for our 6 yo son. He made it fun and interesting and was able to quickly adapt the exercises depending on how our child responded. Also worth mentioning that Henry was able to overcome language barrier as our child speaks very little French or English. Our child was very happy and wants to come back for more
