I offer private lessons to prepare for the various tests for the SESAME competition: contemporary issues (monitoring and analysis of current events) and English (grammar, conjugation, comprehension). The lessons can also allow you to work on the working method to be adopted before the exams (readings, pace of revisions) and during the exams (time management and organization). My teenage daughter studied English with Amalia, and I can give only very positive recommendations. Amalia was always very helpful, dedicated and patient. She coached my daughter before each school test to get her better prepared. I could see that my daughter welcomes each lesson, which is totally a credit to Amalia's teaching style. Amazingly, Amalia was giving me as a parent a feedback after each lesson on how it went, what they were focusing on and how my daughter was prepared for that. Such ongoing feedback to the parent of a teenager is a great relief! Should we need more support next year,we will definitely contact Amalia

We've just had a few lessons together. She is super helpful. She started with really understanding where I was (grammar and vocabulary) and what my goals were. The initial lessons have been spot on. I appreciate that she takes her own notes to remember what we've covered along with being very open to adjusting topics to select ones of highest interest to me. (Be interested in the topic really helps me stay engaged.)

Liam is honestly great. He is very genuine, puts me at ease + extremely well prepared - he comes with a plan and exercises specific to my goals. He was so quick at spotting exactly where I was getting stuck and then focusing on those bits. He keeps a list of areas of improvement which we review and then shares all this lesson material afterwards.
