Instead, i teach you to understand human nature, align your mind, and use the Golden Ratio of movement: "Maximum impact with minimum effort". In other words, instead of teaching you how to fight just by remembering moves, i will teach you how to instantly improvise strategies and tactics based on your opponent's next reaction, to be able to adapt to every circumstance and have blueprints of any given situation. It is said : "fighting is like chess, at a hundred miles an hour with muscles". Initial Assessment Plan -Establishing detailed goals Striking and Grappling Program : Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Grappling & Mechanics. (Get in shape, improve cardio, gain strength, build hand-eye coordination and speed) Self-Protection Program: De-escalation of a potentially violent situation , Situational Awareness, psychology of a Confrontation & reality-based self-defense. Psychology of a Confrontation, De-escalation of any potentially violent situation, picking up on pre-contact queues, Situational Awareness, All ranges of fighting (Kicking, Boxing, Close-quarter combat, Hand-to-hand combat, Grappling/Groundfighting and mechanics), Gun and knife attack defensive techniques, reality-based self-defense.
