Piano lessons - music theory and harmony - for any level (Turin)
Giorgia
I started my lessons with Giorgia four months ago, and I am so glad to have found her. As a 26-year-old beginner, I was not sure if I should even try to pursue learning an instrument at this point. But now I am so glad I did! I am learning online, and I was a little unsure of how lessons via webcam would go. Despite my prejudice, everything turned out great, even though my setup is quite basic. Her approach to teaching is very creative. She is able to explain things that seem hard to put into words, and she always finds comparisons and descriptions that convey clearly little details of approach that make a lot of difference in the end result. For any difficulty I encountered, she presented methods of exercise that helped correct it. Another thing that I appreciate is that from one lesson to the next, the volume of work is challenging enough that I feel I am making progress, but not to the point that I am overwhelmed. Also, even though I am just beginning and the pieces are not that complex, she explains the musical interpretation in a way that not only helps me advance my skill but also enriches the way I understand and listen to music, and I find great value in that. Her manner of teaching is very organic, and she is a patient teacher with a warm presence. I wholeheartedly recommend her lessons!

Private Math Tutoring by Experienced Teacher For all Levels. (Rome)
Hamid
Dr. Ettayyebi is by far one of the most patient educators I’ve ever met. Not only is he deeply knowledgeable in mathematics and logical reasoning, but he’s also incredibly personable and easy to talk to. I’m embarrassingly bad at math, yet he’s never made me feel ashamed of it—something I can’t say for most tutors I’ve had in the past. Instead, he’s gone the extra mile to create a tailored learning path for me and all his students, one that meets our goals while strengthening our weak spots.
I highly recommend Dr. Ettayyebi for learners of any age—whether you’re brushing up on existing material or prepping for an entrance exam. If you’re looking for a customized educational plan with a hands-on approach (though he also offers online sessions), Dr. Ettayyebi is your guy.

Medieval, folk and Celtic harp lessons (Floreffe)
Mélanie
As i am just about to start harp lessons, we had a first ''lesson' in which Mélanie advised me extensively about the types of harps that I should consider getting/renting,and explained her pedagogy and the type of music she specializes in, which is exactly what I would like to take up. She explained some aspects of the repertoire (such as the fact that for older music we often have only a melody line surviving, so the accompaniment involves improvisation). She is extremely friendly and helpful, organized and clearly at home with teaching online, which she had been doing in part before the lockdown. I look forward to having the first 'real' lesson once I have a harp to play on.
