When I asked my two teenagers (19 & 17) what their favorite part of our recent month in Spain was, both of them independently said that their Spanish lessons with Miguel were a highlight. We are complete beginners as native English speakers from Australia and we all had a lot of fun learning from Miguel as a family. We met in the relaxed atmosphere of a lovely café in Russafa. He showed up prepared for lessons and happily answered the many questions my son and daughter had - not just about language but also about Spanish culture. And he encouraged our curiosity. Miguel is a lovely, kind man and we look forward to continuing our lessons with him online now that we are back in Aus. Carol is a very good Spanish teacher ; she prepares her classes very well and the classes are very structured with slides. Carol takes the time to explain all the theory and helps to put the theory in Spanish conversations. Carol also give homework after a Spanish class and correct the homework. That helps a lot to improve. Carol also insist in learning the Spanish verbs every week so you learn them every week. She is always very friendly and is always there to help with homework and the lessons. I learned a lot with the Spanish classes of Carol and thanks to Carol my Spanish improved a lot. I also learned to give a presentation in Spanish. I recommend the Spanish classes from Carol !

With a Masters Degree in Teaching Spanish as a Second Language, Yimer is obviously very qualified but he also has a gift of teaching that is very effective in making progress on the learning journey. Part of this has to be in his patience and being a teacher that has a way of explaining things, both in English and Spanish, that make learning easier. I have had quite a few Spanish tutors over the years but Yimer, is clearly the best.
