About Me:
Welcome! I am a Saudi Bellydancer and Instructor based in London. My journey with Bellydance has been more than just art; it was my sanctuary. Drawing from my background in Psychology and my personal path of overcoming life’s challenges, I help women reconnect with their bodies and inner strength.

I don’t just teach dance steps; I share a path to healing and self-discovery. I believe that every hip shimmy is a release of tension, and every movement is a celebration of freedom.

What You Will Learn:
My classes are a safe space for beginners to explore their femininity. We will focus on:

- Core Techniques: Master the art of authentic posture, hips isolations, and graceful transitions.

- The Language of the Body: Using movement to express emotions and release stress.

- Facial Expression & Presence: Learning how to be present and radiant while you dance.

- Authentic Charm: Learn the secrets of dancing with the grace, allure, and soul of an Arab woman, captivating and magical.

- The Healing Connection: How to use dance as a tool for emotional resilience and self-love.

About Me
I am a belly dance performer and instructor from Saudi Arabia. As an Arab dancer, I can teach you the true spirit and feeling of belly dance, showing how you can express your femininity through the creativity of Arabic music.
My classes combine technique, body awareness, and artistic expression.
I believe dance is more than movement — it is a cultural and physical language that helps women build confidence, reconnect with their bodies, and express themselves safely and respectfully.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, providing insights into learning, motivation, and the body-mind connection.
- Certified by Tour Guiding Academy (Women In Travel CIC); lead cultural tours about Saudi heritage and belly dance history.
Experience / Qualifications
- Conducted workshops at King Alfred School.

- Performed belly dance in the Ambassadors Theatre as part of a play about migrants with The Freedome Academy.

- Participated in the Migrants Connections Festival, performing belly dance.

- Performed at Loughborough University for an event on the mental and physical health of refugees and migrants.

- Skilled in teaching both beginners and intermediate students, in private or group lessons, combining technique, body awareness, and artistic expression.
