My name is Jade, I am an actress, a graduate of the Conservatoire National Supérieur d'Art Dramatique de Paris (class of 2020), and also trained in London in the Meisner method with Scott Williams. Since graduating from the Conservatory, I have been regularly acting in films and series, with directors such as Patrice Leconte, Katell Quillévéré, Guillaume Nicloux, Blandine Lenoir, Fabienne Godet and Tim Van Patten. In parallel, I also work for radio with Radio France and in the field of dubbing. Acting and research around the profession of actor are at the heart of my life, and teaching is for me the natural extension of this: transmitting, supporting and seeing students evolve is a true passion, and not simply a supplementary activity. My experience on set, with auditions and competitions, allows me to guide students in a very practical way, with a precise understanding of the profession's expectations. All these experiences fuel my desire to share solid tools and a dynamic approach to acting, one that is both demanding and supportive. I have been teaching for several years and I also run workshops at the "Maison des Femmes" in Reims, of which I am the godmother, with women who are victims of violence, a human and artistic experience that deeply nourishes my way of transmitting. The sessions may include: - selection and study of texts - dramaturgical and psychological analysis - intuitive character search - work on the set - exercises and improvisations - precise reworking of the proposals My approach is both demanding and caring, with the aim of helping each person find their freedom, precision and truth in the game. I also offer specific coaching for auditions and self-tapes, which can extend to filming in professional conditions with support during the shoot. The courses can be individual or in small groups and are aimed at beginners as well as students preparing for competitions or actors already engaged in professional life.
Acting
In these classes we focus on unblocking the body to have more energy and develop the relationship between mind and body. These are not fitness classes, the idea is not to sweat or stop thinking but to start directing attention towards the development of self-observation to live lifeore wholly In these sessions we focus on the physical aspect of yoga, which is called asana. Asana literally means "seat", so the purpose of the classes is to practice achieving a state of stillness and comfort, both physically and mentally. Traditionally, this practice was done to develop the ability to sit comfortably in a posture for an extended period of time to meditate. In the 90 min classes we end with a body consciousness practice that helps the body understand that it can be relaxed and attentive at the same time. This part is done lying on a yoga mat or rug and one tends to lose body heat. If you tend to be cold, I recommend using a blanket and comfortable, warm clothing. We will co-create the classes. What I know and what your body needs must go hand in hand. It is very important that you notify me of medical, physical and psychological conditions that you have and have had.
