I'm a kind and calm yet very active musician. I play a lot of solo and chamber music.

Education

I've been playing the viola for 15 years now. I've studied with teachers like Lilli Maijala, Teemu Kupiainen, Johanna Vahermägi. I'm currently completing my studies at Sibelus Academy of Uniarts Helsinki.

Expérience / Qualifications

I have taught many students at different levels and ages, the youngest being 5 and the oldest 45 years old. I also play Baroque viola and study early music besides classical music.

I studied piano in the United States and in France for 14 years and I'll be happy to share my experience and passion with you. I can teach basic piano skills as well as help prepare for examinations or competitions.
Lessons are in English, but also possible in Italian or French.

Whether you're a complete beginner or have been taking piano lessons for years, I would be delighted to share my passion for music and piano playing with you! :)

I will tailor our lessons to fit your preferences, incorporating any genre you wish. We can follow a textbook and have a clear set of goals with scales and exercises, or we can learn your favourite songs with the right accompaniment. Do you want to improve in music theory or sight-reading (prima vista)? We can include that as well!

One of my main goals is to create a welcoming environment where you feel comfortable making mistakes, as they are an essential part of the learning process. Don't hesitate to reach out and arrange your first lesson—I look forward to helping you on your musical journey!

With extensive teaching experience, I offer personalized violin lessons in both French and English to students of all ages and levels. My international background has provided me with a rich musical and pedagogical foundation, which I use for my teaching methods to each student’s needs and goals. Whether you are looking for individual lessons, online sessions, or specific preparation for exams and auditions, I create a friendly and motivating learning environment.
