About Me
After experiencing burnout and depression, I started therapy and at the same time discovered yoga and its benefits. What started as a physical activity to get moving, aroused my curiosity to experiment with several types of yoga (kundalini, vinyasa, hatha, aerial, etc.). A few years of practice later, I began my training as a hatha yoga teacher, in order to learn more about philosophy, history, postural bases, and finally transmit this tool which brought me serenity and well-being.
