I graduated at Conservatorio G.Martucci of Salerno (Italy) and had both Bachelor and Master with full marks with honors. During the course of my studies i also spent two academic years abroad , one at the Kask and Conservatorium of Ghent with the supervision of Bart Defoort and one at the Koninklijk Conservatorium of Bruxelles with John Ruocco. In 2017 i won the "Massimo Urbani International Jazz Competition" prize that saw as head of the jury Kurt Rosenwinkel & Fabrizio Bosso. I play in several Jazz bands and I have been performing all around Europe. I also recorded several albums with different bands and of many styles, from jazz, funk to pop. Approach & repertoire: I attach great importance to body awareness, presence and movement, as well as the overall well-being of the student. My methodology aims at learning the technique through play and body movement, both for singing lessons and musical awakening. No prerequisite in music is necessary (neither music theory nor other). Musical Awakening for children (individual or semi-collective – from 1 to 6-7 years old): With young children, I try to multiply awakening approaches using senses other than just hearing, both by learning gesture songs and rhythmic activities. The activities of dance or development of the ear by listening are of course omnipresent. I really recommend katja for your violin classes!!! She's a very good teacher. Katja has a rich background in music and is able to adapt the class according to the level of the student. Her explanations and corrections to evolve are concreet and very well done, which makes things easier to understand. She makes you love music and violin. She has a good time notion and makes the hour of the class efficient as she makes you work on different things. She's also a very nice person! Enjoy your class with katja :)

Marko is an amazing teacher and I would definitely recommend him to anyone! He is very patient, organized, kind and smart. Every class he provides the material and it is very useful, because in this way I can repeat from it after the class. Our online lessons really helped me improve and I became so much better! He also used a digital board which is very convenient and helpful. I loved also how he challenged me in order to work on my skills and improve them. Keep up the great work Marko! :)
