This style does not only make the class more fun, but also provides you with all of what your body needs: Flexibility, mobilisation of the joints, strength and calming your nervous system.

I grew up in Germany and now live in Spain, where I got my 200 hour Hatha Vinyasa Teacher Certification. Further more I have a 100 Hour BUDOKON Yoga & Mobility Instructor Certification which I completed this year in Montana, USA.

Hi! I'm Carina, 29 years old, a yogi, a martial artist and a language enthusiast. I'm half german, half syrian, grew up in Munich and now live in Barcelona, Spain, My partner is cuban and grew up in the united States. Therefore besides my mother tongue german, we speak 2 more languages at home: spanish and english.
