Yoga is een fijne manier om met jezelf op een dieper niveau te verbinden, innerlijke rust te voelen en de energie van je energielichaam te laten stromen. In de groeps- of privéles besteed ik aandacht aan meerdere aspecten van yoga: asana (houdingen), ademhaling, geest, meditatie, energielichaam en filosofie. Ook gebruik ik graag speelse elementen die voor verdieping zorgen zoals schrijven, tekenen, aromatherapie, muziek, klankschalen, een kaartenlegging en je eigen verbeelding. Het tempo van de les is rustig, maar ook uitdagend door de combinatie van Yin en Yang elementen. De natuur is mijn inspiratiebron! De lessen zijn geïnspireerd op terugkerende patronen in de natuur zoals de seizoenen of de maan.

Bij drie lessen of meer van 90 minuten maak ik voor jou een schema voor thuis, zodat je vaker voor jezelf de rust kan opzoeken door middel van yoga. .

I offer flowy, creative and funky vinyasa and hatha classes. Slow flow yin-like classes are an option as well! The classes are held online, through zoom or other platforms, but they will be in person as well in a few months!

The classes can focus on hips flexibility and mobility specifically, in order to work on the lower chakras, but the preferences of the student will be discussed so to tailor the class on the basis of your needs. Classes are generally addressing the whole body with a greater focus on the lower areas in the last parts of the class. I encourage feeling one own's body with care to ensure that we are working on the areas that most need attention! But working on the hips can be very useful to release facial and jaw tension, tap into femininity and release stored negative emotions of fear and shame. Classes are sensitive to trauma and can be very good to reestablish a connection to an often forgotten (female) body, but also to cultivate compassion, forgiveness and clarity.
