Hallo mijn naam is Sten, en ik ben gediplomeerd luthier. Ik werk al jaren met gitaren en heb een passie voor het bouwen, afstellen en onderhouden van snaarinstrumenten. Nu heb ik besloten om hier een Masterclass Gitaaronderhoud te geven!

Wat kan je verwachten?
In deze masterclass van 2uur leer ik je hoe je je gitaar in topconditie houdt. We gaan dieper in op:
• Het correct afstellen van de hals en actie
• Het schoonmaken en behandelen van de toets en snaren
• De juiste manier om je gitaar te stemmen en intoneren
• Onderhoudstips voor zowel akoestische als elektrische gitaren
• Kleine herstellingen die je zelf kan uitvoeren

Of je nu een beginner bent of een doorgewinterde gitarist, goed onderhoud is essentieel!

De masterclass is voor zowel akoestische als elektrische gitaar. Moest je een gitaar met Floyd rose systeem hebben laat me dit op voorhand weten.

Ik ben Sten, zelf speel ik al bijna 20 jaar gitaar. Ik heb buiten een musicale opleiding ook gitaarbouw gestudeerd dus laat ons zeggen dat ik het instrument door en door ken! Ik speel zelf in 3 bands Soundalicious (coverband), Furism (eigen werk) en Appelmuse (muse coverband). hiernaast geef ik al meer dan 8 jaar gitaarles aan zowel kinderen als volwassen. Ik probeer voor iedereen stap voor stap en volledig naar jou wensen te werken van je eerste gitaarles tot die moeilijke solo waar je al zo lang op oefent , het zoeken van de ideale tone van pedalen tot amps. verder geef ik ook ukelele lessen en geef ik ook les in alles wat je moet weten om thuis zelf muziek te maken op te nemen en te mixen tot een professioneel resultaat dat zo op je favoriete streamingdienst kan. Zonder dat je hier duizenden euro's aan moet spenderen!

Maar gitaar leren spelen, doe je niet alleen: je hebt iemand nodig die je persoonlijk begeleidt en helpt ontdekken wat jij allemaal uit je instrument kan halen. Dus droom jij ervan om zelf te beginnen musiceren maar weet je niet goed waar te beginnen? Of speel je al langer, maar zoek je een persoonlijkere aanpak in je lessen?
Dan ben je hier op het goede adres!

Ik ben Warre en speel al meer dan 16 jaar klassiek gitaar. Een aantal jaar terug besloot ik volop te gaan voor een leven als professioneel muzikant en schreef me in aan een conservatorium. Dit jaar rondde ik mijn Master in de muziek af aan het Lemmensinstituut te Leuven. Inmiddels geef ik ook al een aantal jaar gitaarles. Ik kijk er elke week naar uit om mijn leerlingen weer te ontmoeten. Weinig dingen zijn leuker dan iemand muziek te zien ontdekken en er zoveel plezier uit te halen!

Muzikale voorkennis is niet vereist. Ben je een totale beginner, dan starten we van nul. En het is nooit te laat om te beginnen! Uiteraard zijn meer ervaren spelers ook welkom voor lessen helemaal afgesteld op jouw noden.

Mijn naam is Rodrigo Fuentealba, ik ben een professionele gitarist - Fuzztones, Arsenal, Novastar, Gabriel Ríos, Fifty Foot Combo, Manngold - Ik speel in kleine donkere zalen, evenals Werchter en Vorst Nationaal in bands waarvan het genre varieert van Rock'n Roll, blues, surf, punkrock, postpunk, jazz, latin, garage, pop, soul, folk, country, psychedelica, impro, solo's en alles daar tussenin en daarbuiten, alles zolang het maar goed en leuk is! En ... ik kan geen muziek lezen (ik kan heel goed doen alsof) en ik ben pas de laatste tien jaar geïnteresseerd in muziektheorie.

Ik heb een solide ervaring als gitaarleraar aangezien ik 10 jaar heb gewerkt aan het PXL Muziekconservatorium, dat de meeste professionele bands uit België produceert, evenals aan de Merelbeke Muziekacademie. Ik produceer ook muziek, schrijf partituren voor theater, films, advertenties en hedendaagse dans.
