I am a professional dance teacher in ballet -contemporay and improvisation dance.
Yoga instructor.
I teach barre a terre , Ballet technique and repertoire, improvisation - dance therapy, Asthanga vinyasa yoga , Healing Guided Meditation .
The last 10 years i 've trained in a spiritual tradition which opened my own skills to contact in deeper levels of the soul in order to heal traumas and blockages.
Combinig methods , tools and soul compentencies, i can easily help you to be YOU in all levels.
Always in each lesson i adjust your needs and find what suits and benefits most for you.
You just have to be the way you already are.
These lessons are for anyone.
