How I do it: I adapt to each person's needs and goals to create a tailor-made course. : I use role-playing, discussions and concrete situations to get students to actively express themselves. I make grammar and vocabulary relevant by integrating them into real-life contexts. I encourage my students to build confidence and overcome their fears of speaking. My goal is for each student to gain fluency and confidence in using English in everyday life.
