Chemistry is an exact subject and for enough people this is difficult. Chemistry follows a system that you have to master bit by bit. You have to get used to the different subdomains and then let them merge with each other. Chemistry is also referred to as a stack science, in which you apply previously acquired knowledge within new knowledge to be acquired. I will take you by the proverbial hand and take you step by step through the various sub-areas. I will explain and make you understand this, where we together make exercises from your textbooks. In addition to chemistry, I also tutor Nask 1 and physics MAVO/HAVO up to class 4. I now also teach this at a school for MAVO/HAVO.

Hello! Is your son/daughter struggling with the way his/her teacher is explaining things in class? Are they having difficulties keeping up with the learning pace or are they still struggling with understanding the basic principles? Do they have an issue with staying focused for prolonged periods of time, or do they simply not enjoy the subject at all? My name is Farris, and I am currently a 3rd-year Aerospace Engineering student studying at TU Delft. I have a strong international background, having lived most of my life outside the Netherlands and at international schools. Upon completing my secondary education at The International School of The Hague in 2020, I began tutoring students from the school who struggled with mathematics and physics and have been doing so ever since. My tutoring sessions often follow quite an unorthodox approach. As a younger student myself, I struggled massively with mathematics and physics at a younger age, mostly due to issues with focusing and understanding, as well as being diagnosed with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). Over the years I developed methods of dealing with such issues, and it is those methods that I use in my tutoring sessions to help students progress in their academics. I live near the Rotterdam Centrum area. Tutoring sessions can happen at my house, at public locations (Rotterdam Central Library), at the home of the student (depending on location), or online on a call. If a student is hesitant to learn one-on-one, or has a friend/classmate whom would also like to be tutored, dual sessions can take place whereby both students are tutored simultaneously. Feel free to send me a direct message if you have any questions or would like to book a session for your child!

I'm a Physics student currently living in Rotterdam. I've teached Maths, Physics and Chemistry since my last year of Highschool, trying to adapt my method to the student's needs. I can prepare for specific exams or I can revise the contents given during the year in order to help to understand better all the concepts. The classes would be theorical and practical (exercises), as that is the better way to assimilate the knowledge in the scientific area.

Mathematics / physics tutoring at all levels. - explanation theory - homework support - exam training I have more than 5 years of experience in tutoring Mathematics and Physics. I also worked as a part-time teacher at a secondary school. After my studies in physics and mechanical engineering (TU Delft, graduated: 9) I worked for more than 4 years as an engineer in the high-tech industry. I have always kept my passion for explaining complicated concepts in a way that is manageable for everyone. Each student learns in his/her own way and I choose the most effective and appropriate explanations to provide the student with the necessary knowledge and skills for a better understanding and successful test results.

As a qualified and experienced teacher with consistently high grades for all my students, I offer private or group lessons in Mathematics - Analysis - Matrices - Statistics - Algebra - Geometry - Physics - Mechanics - Electricity - Chemistry - Organic Chemistry - Biology, and Geology to students from primary school to the final year of high school, and first year of university. I provide online lessons using a professional method on an interactive whiteboard shared via a link. This whiteboard includes spaces, dozens of pages, and is equipped with tools (different colored pens, ruler, geometric tools, eraser, etc.). Students can save, write, and project their work on the board. This course is also intended for high school students, CNED students and those in the English program (IB International School or other sections). Special offer of reduced rate for the group of 2 or 3 or 4 students only in virtual class. The hourly rate will be further reduced for each. The work will be done via the shared interactive whiteboard, the call will be via WhatsApp, and an offer of a free mini session will be made after booking. Do not hesitate to write to me for more information.

Struggling with math, physics, or chemistry? You're not alone — these subjects are hard, and classroom explanations are rarely enough. I offer personalized tutoring for middle school, high school, and early university students following the French Mission curriculum, the Moroccan national curriculum, or the international baccalaureate. Topics covered: Mathematics: algebra, geometry, calculus, trigonometry, probability Physics: mechanics, electricity, optics, thermodynamics Chemistry: organic, inorganic, stoichiometry, reactions My approach: I don't re-explain the textbook — I identify exactly where your understanding breaks down and fix it from there. Each session is built around your specific difficulties, not a preset program. I completed CPGE (Classes Préparatoires aux Grandes Écoles) in Mathematics and Physics before graduating as a State Engineer — I know these subjects at an advanced level and I know where students typically get lost. Individual and small group sessions available. Online (worldwide) in French, Arabic, or English.

I hold a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and currently work as a post-doctoral researcher in the Aerospace Engineering Faculty at TU Delft (Delft University of Technology). My extensive teaching experience covers a wide range of engineering courses, including: - Mathematics: algebra, linear algebra, probability, calculus, differential equations, intellectual math, and advanced engineering mathematics. - Mechanical Engineering: Statics, Dynamics, Mechanics of materials, Mechanical design, control, vibration, Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Heat transfer, Engineering drawing, Applied Mechanics, Composite Structures, Flight, Machine Elements, Manufacturing, 3D printing, and more. - Physics: mechanics, momentum and energy, electricity, charge and current, electric and magnetic fields, waves, particle physics, nuclear decay, astrophysics, cosmology, oscillations, etc. - CAD/CAM Software: Autocad, Solidworks. - Mechanical Design Packages: ANSYS, APDL programming, ABAQUS, MATLAB, Symbolic MATLAB, LS-DYNA. My research and teaching interests are diverse, including: • Additive manufacturing • Mechanical metamaterials • Acoustical metamaterials • Electromagnetic metamaterials • Aeroacoustics • Soft matter and soft robotics • Fatigue and fracture mechanics • Experimental mechanics • Multiscale numerical modelling • Biomaterials • Porous materials • Manufacturing of medical devices and implants • Deep learning • Image processing • Topology optimization • Origami and Kirigami structures • Self-folding and self-assembly structures • Tissue engineering • Permeability in porous materials • Fluid-Solid Interaction I understand that not all teachers excel in teaching Engineering and Mathematics courses and explaining their importance to students. Courses with strong mathematical backgrounds may become boring for students who lack a solid mathematical basis. To address this, I take a student-centered approach, starting from the basics to actively engage all students, including those with weaker mathematical backgrounds. I also provide practical examples to demonstrate the real-world significance of what they are learning, inspiring and fostering their interest in the subject matter. If you have any additional questions before starting a class, please feel free to ask me. I am here to assist! :)
