Mein Name ist Aleksa, und ich bin hier, um dich auf deinem akademischen Weg als Nachhilfelehrer zu unterstützen. Seit sieben Jahren unterrichte ich mit Leidenschaft Nachhilfe, was sich von einem Nebenverdienst zu einer erfüllenden Tätigkeit entwickelt hat. Ursprünglich wollte ich als Nachhilfelehrer ein Bisschen Geld verdienen neben der Schule. Ich merkte aber schnell, dass der Nachhilfeunterricht auch in einem ganz anderen Sinn bereichernd ist: Es ist einfach wunderbar, wenn man sieht, wie sich SchülerInnen über ihre Fortschritte freuen, vor allem wenn die Noten plötzlich besser werden.

Während meiner eigenen Zeit im Schulsystem habe ich verschiedene Tricks und Techniken gelernt, um mich möglichst effizient auf Prüfungen vorzubereiten. Ich habe ebenfalls die Schwierigkeiten und Probleme, die SchülerInnen oft in der Schule haben, kennengelernt. Da ich immer wieder Nachhilfeunterricht anbot und auch selbst immer wieder Herausforderungen in der Schule bewältigen musste, konnte ich Einiges an wertvollen Erfahrungen und Nachhilfe-Methoden mitnehmen, um meine SchülerInnen zu unterstützen.

Für mich ist das Wohl der SchülerInnen am wichtigsten. Sie bekommen bei mir individuell angepasste Nachhilfe, damit sie in kurzer Zeit grosse Fortschritte machen können. Ich bemühe mich darum, mich regelmässig mit den SchülerInnen auszutauschen, sodass ich die Nachhilfestunden immer vorbereiten kann. Ich finde es sehr wichtig, dass man als Nachhilfelehrer vorbereitet kommt, sodass der Unterricht direkt losgehen kann und keine Zeit verschwendet wird. Genauso wichtig ist aber, dass die SchülerInnen motiviert und bereit sind, bei der Nachhilfe mitzumachen und an ihren Fähigkeiten zu arbeiten.
