As language learners, we all need some practice once in a while, especially for speaking, which oftentimes is the hardest and most stressful part of our journey learning new languages. This is where this class comes in, I will help you with your Portuguese (mainly speaking but I can help with written expression and grammar too). You will have a safe space where you can practice all you want with no judgement and a lot of help, and above all, some fun in the mix! Keep in mind I am a native speaker from Portugal and that there are some differences between the European variety and the Brazilian one, so keep that in mind!

This class is aimed at first and second year mathematics undergraduate subjects or for mathematics subjects for all other undergraduate degrees (engineering, other sciences, etc.) I have extensive experience as a freelance math tutor for students of all ages. I can tailor my classes to your level both in terms of the content as well as you personally. I also take particular care to explain the subject to the best of my ability as opposed to just telling you "it's like this just because", which I believe to be completely against the essence of mathematics.
