Passionate about the performing arts, I have worked in theatre, dance and music. I began my singing career with musical theatre and then opera.
I teach alongside my stage activities because it is a joy to share the love of singing, a discipline that is rich physically, artistically and mentally.
Every voice is unique, and it's important to adapt to each student's personality, desires, and background. I enjoy exploring and researching with my students to help them bring out and develop their voices to the fullest extent of their abilities.
My courses are based on 3 main principles:
- Vocal technique: developing a healthy and solid technique, giving confidence and freedom while singing. Breathing, muscle support, stretching and vocal range homogeneity, agility...
- Musicality: ear training, sense of rhythm, phrasing, exploration of vocal nuances and colors
- Interpretation: Text work, projection, repertoire discovery, song construction
I divide the sessions into half an hour of technical exercises adapted to the level and needs, then another half hour devoted to learning a piece.
