Noreen is very patient, adapts quickly and prepared for a job a professional. She is helping our daughter speak French while having selective mutism stage 1A NV. Audrey was great. I was only able to have a small number of classes whilst i was visiting Lyon this time but I felt i made good progress. She arranged a good mix of conversation, comprehension and grammar exercises. I will definitely contact her to continue my lessons when i am next visiting Lyon.
