Julien helped me learn the material for my university statistics exams. He was very patient and gave very clear explanations about the concepts we were discussing. He was friendly, enthusiastic and encouraging. He prepared material in advance for each lesson depending on my personal needs. I'm pleased to say he helped me succeed in my final exams despite the fact that I'd never really studied statistics before! It is such a pleasure to learn French from Cécile! The lessons are tailor fit to your needs, interests and learning style. She challenges you every time with texts that broaden your vocabulary and deepen your understanding of the French language and culture. Cécile is also funny and caring, which is a plus when you are learning something difficult. While learning another language can feel overwhelming, she is always patient and encouraging. We've just had a few lessons together. She is super helpful. She started with really understanding where I was (grammar and vocabulary) and what my goals were. The initial lessons have been spot on. I appreciate that she takes her own notes to remember what we've covered along with being very open to adjusting topics to select ones of highest interest to me. (Be interested in the topic really helps me stay engaged.)
