About me I’m a passionate musician with over 20 years of experience playing acoustic, electric, and bass guitar, and 15 years of teaching others to share my love for music. Growing up, I spent 8 years playing in a church band before heading to university. Although I went on to study engineering and then human resources, I continued teaching music — whether online or face-to-face. I contacted Uma after a big musical break. She has the patience and the smile that will give you confidence to (re)start playing the flute, whatever your level is. Ask her anything and she will always try to answer, propose a new piece and adapt to your needs. If you are interested, she can introduce you to baroque music, the main topic of her studies.

Last week I had my first lesson with Keiko and it was excellent! Keiko creates a very friendly atmosphere and has a very good educational approach. It feels like we picked an ambitious textbooks and I can’t wait to get stuck in! Looking forward to my lessons!
