Before starting private lessons, I usually ask for a description of the student's current course so that I can best prepare the sessions. My teaching method is therefore primarily practice-oriented, as the most important thing in the exact sciences is being able to solve any type of problem. And to do that, you have to do as many as possible. During my studies, I realized that the best way to understand a subject is by doing exercises on it. I really recommend katja for your violin classes!!! She's a very good teacher. Katja has a rich background in music and is able to adapt the class according to the level of the student. Her explanations and corrections to evolve are concreet and very well done, which makes things easier to understand. She makes you love music and violin. We focused the lessons on learning communication, rather than studying the language. We add the things we practice to a document, and he sends it at the end of the class. Even though I started from zero, he's been quite patient and kind. And by now, zero-stress with grammar/theory. After a month, I am starting to be able to have a simple conversation at a store without barely help of another language, and I am taking a liking of Dutch.
