Trusted teacher: Graduated from La Cambre Mode (s) of a master in fashion and fashion design, I offer private lessons in fashion and / or couture. Strong experience with students of the French high school for the "Evening of Talents", as well as teaching a preparatory course for the entrance examination of La Cambre. Now a private lesson teacher for more than seven years, I have been able to welcome more than fifty different students of all ages, with whom we have discussed: - the basics of sewing and patronage (dress, pants, skirt, shirt, etc.), - the realization of customized models, - the design of a clothing line with a collection plan - or the reproduction of existing models from photos and even costumes of stars! In absolute terms, it is therefore possible to develop a personal project or basic learning. IMPORTANT: If you cancel LESS THAN 24 hours before the course, you will be CHARGED. After two consecutive cancellations, I will no longer be able to provide you with lessons. The courses are given only in my workshop, simply because the equipment is made available to you for the smooth running of the course (except the fabric and haberdashery necessary for your projects). No home lessons possible. The hourly rate is valid for one person, in the case of a course for several people, the rate increases proportionally. No courses possible on weekends.

I worked at Koninklijk Conservatorium of Bruxelles as an Assistant Professor of Jeroen Van Herzeele the jazz saxophone professor. I graduated at Conservatorio G.Martucci of Salerno (Italy) and had both Bachelor and Master with full marks with honors. During the course of my studies i also spent two academic years abroad , one at the Kask and Conservatorium of Ghent with the supervision of Bart Defoort and one at the Koninklijk Conservatorium of Bruxelles with John Ruocco. In 2017 i won the "Massimo Urbani International Jazz Competition" prize that saw as head of the jury Kurt Rosenwinkel & Fabrizio Bosso. I play in several Jazz bands and I have been performing all around Europe. I recorded a solo album called "Right Now" with the famous Italian label "Philology Records" & the album"Supernova" with my own band. I also recorded several albums with different bands and of many styles, from jazz, funk to pop. I toured with the famous Italian Drummer Tullio De Piscopo (Pino Daniele, Mina, Astor Piazzolla's drummer) and also had the chance to make a variety of television appearances on Italian National Television (Rai1, Rai5, Rai3). The lessons are mainly given in Spanish, so you can learn and practice as much Spanish as possible during the lesson. Don't worry about making mistakes; By making mistakes and learning from them, you even become better. Repetition is an important part of my lessons. I often go back to check if you remember what was introduced in previous lessons. Before we start our lessons, I want to know your reasons for learning Spanish. If you already have some knowledge of Spanish, I will determine your exact level. Once I know your needs, interests, and level, I can select the right materials and design the right course for you. Our 7 year old son started much better with Verónica than with previous swimming instructors. Verónica made him highly focused for one hour but also served a good dose of amusement! She patiently corrected his technique, and well balanced the long 60 minutes pushing to his limits but without over-stressing. Full hope that our son catches up soon on the progress lost during last two years. He is highly motivated and looking forward to the next session. Adding to that, Verónica seems to be a pleasant, interesting, flexible and reliable person. I would recommend everybody to book an hour with her!

Doriane is a nice person as well as a very good teacher who is very knowledgable and skilled, and the most important, patient. I had 12 sessions with her and we made a wool trousers and a blouse using commercial patterns. I learned a lot of tips from her during those sessions. They will surely help me kick start my project on my own. I will like to recommand her to everyone at every level to learn sewing and making fassion.

My daughter had a few knowledge gaps for her last year of solfege at the academie (i.e. advanced solfege) so we seek help from Ana Maria. In one intensive session she was able to explain all that was needed and get my daughter back in track. On top of this, Ana Maria was very fast to respond to the request and to propose a date for the session, so I absolutely recommend her.
