My daughter had her first lesson and she is very happy with Nouhaila. Excellent teacher. From the first moment a pleasant contact and clear answers to all my questions. Nouhaila thinks along well about the objectives to be achieved taking into account the age of my daughter. (16). A warm person. My daughter is enthusiastic and really enjoyed the first lesson. Serious (to use the hour well and completely) with an occasional joke. It is also nice that the lessons can continue during the summer holidays. I had my first 90 minute Yoga lesson with Gaurav and it was exactly what i was looking for. He teached me the basic postures included breathing and chanting with a holistic approach. I really felt it was customized to my needs and personalized although online i felt the time flew by and he was carefully observing and teaching me. Very good energy and flow between the sequences. I can only recommend his class and will look forward working with him on my practice.
