A course designed individually based on the needs of every student. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced professional, together we can find the most ideal approach for your body and voice to adapt to your preferred singing style. Discover the key elements of singing and how to use them to uncover your true potential and learn how to take control of your voice. Be able to find the perfect balance between technique and performance, and enjoy singing without uncertainty. The lessons are mostly focused on technique, however it's important to find and achieve the appropriate connection to the music and lyrics. Throughout my years in the industry I've practiced many singing styles and vocal techniques, which makes me able to deliver a wide range of possibilities. I'm a Greek-British classically trained singer with a Master's in musical theatre and over 15 years of experience in stage singing, musical theatre, operas, recordings, voice-overs and dubbing (Disney, Netflix, Pixar, DreamWorks, Sony, Mattel, a.i.), concerts, composition, songwriting, production, and teaching. Basic music theory is recommended and can be included if needed, but it's not essential. Just have your passion and eagerness to learn and watch your voice transform through a custom-made process. Looking forward to meeting you!

A HEALTHY VOICE Singing should always be comfortable; we discuss in class the techniques of vocal placement and breathing in order to avoid all kinds of problems with his voice. MUSCLE MEMORY When you sing a passage and repeat it several times, the brain remembers this action. It develops what is called "muscle memory". During voice training it is very important to concentrate and try to avoid mistakes that could cause constrictions (repetitive muscle tension). We will learn to recognize the sensation of a sound produced in the correct way, in order to record healthy movements in our muscle memory. LEARN TO TRUST A tense body cannot produce clear and in tune notes, because the vocal cords become compressed by the muscles, and the rib cage fails to fill enough. Along with breathing exercises in singing, relaxation techniques are an essential aspect of vocal preparation. This helps to thwart stage fright, and will encourage you to discover the many possibilities that sit within you, with the key to a reinforced esteem and a very useful confidence to dare to sing. PERSONALIZED TRAINING PROGRAM With each student, we create their own vocal training program taking into account the technical difficulties to be improved. You can also adapt it according to your own needs, tastes and the training time you have available for detailed work, taking into consideration timbre, vowels, tonality and volume.

Trusted teacher: Do you want to know the register of your voice? Can you sing the higher notes without hurting your voice? Learn how to do pass marks? Getting to have a powerful but also agile voice? I am a songwriter, pop and jazz singer and singing teacher with 20 years of experience in music. I offer singing lessons at all levels. My classes are addressed to the development of body, muscle and vocal awareness which helps to perceive and consider our body as a musical instrument. My teaching method is the result of the synthesis of my experience as a singer and the many and diverse courses of study followed. The lesson is structured in two parts: the first half devoted to vocal technique, the second half to the musical repertoire and the learning of musical language (jazz or pop or other genre). The vocal technique that I propose is a basic technique for all types of modern singing: from postural education to the care of breathing, from the use of the abdominal muscles, to the emission of air up to the cavities of resonance. We will work on the sound, on the extension of the voice, on the high and low notes, on the passage of register, on the control, on the power and the agility. From a repertoire point of view, the course will be modeled on the needs or interests of the student, with an eye to the right attitude to hold while you sing and you are on a stage. I can prepare the student for the entrance exam to the conservatory and any form of audition. If the student wishes, I can give him notions of harmony and reading music. EDUCATION I studied song in Italy with Bruno De Franceschi (conductor and composer of contemporary classical music and musical theatre). I studied vocal technique with the lyric singer David Sotgiu (pupil of Luciano Pavarotti), with the lyric singer Maria Grazia Pittavini (teacher at the Perugia Conservatory) and with Cinzia Spata (one of the most important Italian jazz vocal coaches). I studied jazz singing at the Perugia Conservatory with Marta Raviglia (one of the most important Italian jazz singing teachers) and privately with Cinzia Spata. I studied lyrical singing with Maria Grazia Pittavini. I studied pop and jazz piano with Manuel Magrini (one of the most talented young Italian jazz pianists), I studied jazz piano with Alessandro Bravo, jazz piano master at the Perugia Conservatory. I followed masterclasses and trainings relating to the world of singing and voice held by: Maria Pia De Vito (singer), Alejandro Saorin Martinez (voice craft / Estill method), Albert Hera (singer, vocal coach, circle song) , Erika Biavati (singer), Eleonora Bruni (singer), Catharina Kroeger (lyric singer), Amanda Tiffin (South African jazz singer), JD Walter (American jazz singer), Matteo Belli (actor and one of the most important Italian experts in voice research), Franco Fussi (one of the most important phoniatrists in Italy), Roberta Mazzocchi (speech therapist), one-year training in rhytmics and musical pedagogy at Institut Dalcroze in Brussels, three-month training in Gordon method for children between 0 and 6 years old. EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS I have 20 years of experience in music with around 200 concerts between festivals, theaters, clubs and premises, an album of songs, an EP, singles, collaborations with the world of theater, organization of musical events . I lead musical projects in the field of jazz and pop. The passion for singing and song has inevitably brought me closer to the world of education in which I work.

Eamonn - Etterbeek$48
Trusted teacher: Trained at the Music Academy International, I propose private lessons of Guitar, Singing, and/or Audio Production centered on amplified music (funk, soul, jazz, rock, blues, etc.) and adapted to the requests of each student. My classes are open to all, children and adults, beginners or advanced. I attach great importance to the understanding of the technical tools implemented in the interpretation of the pieces, a typical lesson is therefore divided between technical work with clear explanations and actual practice on songs to play or sing. If the student is interested, I also teach the more theoretical aspects of music, such as harmony (scales, chords, modes, improvisation), music theory, rhythm, ear training, and deciphering. I also offer coaching sessions. These are non-regular sessions to target work on specific aspects of the requested repertoire. Each lesson is accompanied by work material (paper or audio) to practice at home. For guitar lessons, an instrument can be made available, for singing lessons, I accompany the student on the piano or the guitar (it is also possible to use backing tracks when the key and tempo are right ) and for audio production, I can provide the software required to start on any operating system (Win, Mac, and Linux) (I don't work with pirated software). Classes are given in my studio in Etterbeek, 5-minute walk from La Chasse. I also teach group lessons for singing, do not hesitate to contact me for more information. Flexible schedule (daytime or evening).

Manon - Antwerp$57
Trusted teacher: Hi! Have you always wanted to learn to sing? Is your voice getting tired after singing (alone or in a choir)? Do you want to be better at singing? Are you curious about what your voice can do? Do you sing in a choir and need extra help putting together the material in between rehearsals? I love passing on the knowledge of my craft. The mechanics of the voice is such a small and intricate thing, and knowing what goes inside our throat and body is a very special experience. I get excited and moved every time a student achieves a new skill, and takes another step towards a deeper understanding of their voice. On top of my experience as a singer and a teacher, I have a degree in linguistics. That allows me to know exactly what has to be done inside your throat and mouth in order to produce a specific sound. I can therefore adapt to each student: if they have an analytic mind, I can explain what goes on inside and what should be done to improve that. If they have an instinctive mind, I can help with metaphor in order to help the phonation. Or both! My method is multi-faceted because each voice is unique, and it is my job to adapt, and not the contrary. How does a lesson work? The first time we meet, we will talk about your journey in the music world. What have you done yet music wise, what artists and genres inspire you, what are your goals. Then we will do what we do in every regular lesson: I will direct you during some warming-up exercises, that include vocal technique work (if you have already warmed up, we just do a few exercises about technique), and then we will work on whatever you want. I ask my students to always come with at least one piece of music they want to work on (or maybe two, depends on the time we have on hands). See you soon! Manon (she/her)

Cécile - Bagnolet$63
Trusted teacher: Singing lessons and vocal coaching online or at the singing teacher (M° Gallieni Line 3). I am a vocal coach at Cours Florent for 7 years, also coach for the shows of Disneyland Paris and also at the Conservatoire de Paris 7th, as well as in private classes (pros or amateur). State graduate (diploma of vocal trainer from Richard Cross School). Trained in the Joe Estill Voice training method (Quebec), I also attended singing classes with Nicole Falien, Julia Pelaez, Joy Kane and Christiane Legrand. Coach in French and English of various professional or amateur artists for more than ten years (all styles, from rap to "Musical", from song to electronics and everything related to current music, recently I coached a lyrical artist "lead" of the musical "La petite boutique des horreurs" at the Opéra comique this season). My classes are for all: singers and/ or musicians, professional or amateur singers-composers, preparations for auditions/ castings, recordings in studio, coaching of groups in play, artists in studio, all ages all styles welcome! ) Work of the voice in all current musical repertoires except lyrical. I accompany you to the piano, where we can work on your instruments, various accompaniments, karaoke. Welcome rap (I have more and more rappers/slammers, we do important work on the flow, the projection, the installation of breaths, rhythmic adjustments, intelligibility of the text etc.) all work easily when we know how and when we want to evolve ! Being also singer-songwriter and pianist, I can help you develop your compositions, your songs, place the tonic accents where it is necessary, teach you to accompany yourself on the piano itself:-) work on the interpretation of songs of course. Prepare your studio sessions (and/or accompany you if necessary), before your concerts, rehearsals...Give you the tips to not get tired, and know how to repair your voice when you have pushed too much, and especially teach you to project your voice without hurting yourself, etc. In short, to provide you with solid and indispensable bases to sing healthily (without getting hurt!) and freely! For distance courses (if you prefer, I do it regularly, especially since two years, and also with my students abroad), as long as you have a computer, it’s gone (or at worst a smartphone)! In short, I will tell you everything you need to know to release your voice! The difference between «vocal coaching» and «singing lessons» is that I take the singer, the actor the actress, the rapper(s) in the vocal state in which he/she arrives, and I take him/her and take him/her where he/she wants to go, with the repertoire you choose, which can be yours (songwriter), or the one you choose or that I can help you choose according to your range and your musical tastes of course. I do "with" you, with what you are, with what you bring me as "raw material"! There is always something to do to move forward, no matter what your starting level! :) It can also be just a moment for you, just for the pleasure of singing, whatever you want! Singing is life! ;-)
Ziad - Mönchengladbach$33
Trusted teacher: Experienced Oud & Oriental singing teacher for over 6 years, Lebanese, living in Mönchengladbach. Studied for 8 years at the Lebanese National Conservatory. I was a teacher at Casa Beethoven academy in Lebanon and a private teacher in Lebanon. Played in an oriental orchestra "Loubnan Assalam" for more than 5 years as a concertmaster. My reason for moving to Germany was that I am currently finishing my studies at the University of Kamp Lintfort. Fluent in English, Couramment en français, ولغتي الأم هي اللغة العربية. Aber leider spreche Ich ein bisschen Deutsch. Oud is an oriental instrument, very beautiful and it has recently been used in new cultures in many countries other than the Far Eastern countries of the Middle East due to its soft and beautiful sound. It is not yet very popular in Germany and if you master this instrument you will encounter many demands and opportunities in the near future. If you are hungry to learn an oriental instrument, the Oud is a very good choice. If you are looking to play German music or any kind of music, the combination of Oud with other popular instruments is very beautiful and you can be one of the first who spread this beautiful culture in any kind of music. My recommendation for studying Oud is to start studying notes and how to read them, before playing songs. Most of the new students, usually ask me to study songs without reading notes. This method could work but it will take a long time for the student to understand the basics of the instrument and of music in general. But if you are dedicated and you work hard, we can take a good step in almost a year so that you can start playing easy songs. If you don't like music or you don't love the instrument, I do not recommend you learn it. "More about me" I met My lovely wife in the orchestra, she plays Cello as well. We love music. It is our passion. My hobbies are playing chess, diving, biking, and running. I had an e-commerce business in Lebanon, but unfortunately, after the economic crisis, we closed it, shut down the website, and moved to Germany. Social media channels are still available "TopArabica" I am a friendly person, I love teaching and seeing my students make good progress and play with me duets. It is best to meet in person but if you are away from my location, online lectures can also be provided. Leave me a message and I will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

Lilou - Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve$38
Trusted teacher: Course and Training: Graduated in Musicology, my specialization in Singing at the IMEP (Conservatory of Namur) and in accompanying music on the accordion led me after my studies to give singing lessons in a music school (Cap sur le Music in Kraainem), as well as musical awakening in different schools, via Les Jeunesses Musicales. Being also an ethnomusicologist, I like to work with repertoires from other horizons, both singing and accordion. Currently working part-time at Outhere Music (production and distribution house of classical and jazz music), I have the chance to discover on a daily basis a large quantity of various repertoires, likely here to be the subject of discoveries for the student, depending on their different future artistic aspirations. Passionate about CVT (complete vocal technique) since 2021 and trained in postural and psycho-behavioural muscle chains (GDS method), my goal is to get the student to explore his vocal universe as broadly as possible, while increasing his body awareness with each lesson. Approach & repertoire: I attach great importance to body awareness, presence and movement, as well as the overall well-being of the student. Having also followed a training in Mindfulness, I like to mix a therapeutic approach with the artistic work accomplished with the student. Starting from the student's musical desires and aspirations is also essential for me. I therefore aim for personalized support that respects its own achievement objectives. My methodology aims at learning the technique through play and body movement, both for singing lessons and musical awakening. No prerequisite in music is necessary (neither music theory nor other). Musical Awakening for children (individual or semi-collective - from 1 to 6-7 years): With young children, I try to multiply awakening approaches using senses other than just hearing, both by learning gesture songs and rhythmic activities. The activities of dance or development of the ear by listening are of course omnipresent. I work on psychomotricity and seek to discover new instruments, as well as the different repertoires which are connected to them. I work on several levels (passive and active) and different scales of difficulty according to ages and possible interactions in small groups, in order to anchor learning and awakening over time. Breath work is also on the program.
