Mijn naam is Shahira, ik ben 18 jaar en heb recent mijn vwo-diploma behaald. Met een sterke academische basis en een duidelijke uitlegstijl bied ik bijles aan middelbare scholieren in Zoetermeer en omstreken.
Ik geef bijles in de vakken wiskunde, scheikunde, natuur, leven en techniek (NLT), Nederlands en Engels. Tijdens de lessen staat persoonlijke begeleiding centraal: de uitleg wordt aangepast aan het niveau en het tempo van de leerling, met als doel niet alleen betere resultaten te behalen, maar ook het zelfvertrouwen en begrip van de leerstof te vergroten.

Op dit moment volg ik de VAVO, waar ik de vakken natuurkunde en biologie op vwo-niveau afrond. Daarnaast heb ik reeds ervaring met het geven van bijles, zowel bij een bijlesinstituut in mijn directe omgeving als in de vorm van particuliere online begeleiding.
Tijdens mijn bijlessen staat een rustige en gestructureerde aanpak centraal. Ik ben geduldig, leg stof helder uit en stem mijn begeleiding af op de individuele behoeften van de leerling. Door mijn persoonlijke ervaring met ADHD ben ik goed in staat om leerlingen met leerstoornissen te begeleiden en hen te ondersteunen bij planning, concentratie en zelfvertrouwen.
Ik haal veel voldoening uit het delen van mijn kennis en vind het belangrijk om samen met leerlingen doelgericht aan schoolwerk te werken, met als streven duurzame verbetering en begrip van de leerstof.

Ik ben een MSc in Civiele Techniek, M.Sc in Financiën en Economie en een MBA-afgestudeerde met meer dan 14 jaar ervaring in het lesgeven van Wiskunde tot en met bachelorniveau. In de loop der jaren heb ik met een breed scala aan studenten gewerkt en hen succesvol geholpen om uit te blinken in hun studie. Naast mijn uitgebreide onderwijsachtergrond heb ik meer dan 7 jaar ervaring in het begeleiden van studenten door gestandaardiseerde tests zoals de GRE en SAT. Mijn doel is om u te helpen deze tests te beheersen met effectieve strategieën en een duidelijk begrip van de leerstof.

Naast wiskunde geef ik ook bijles in natuurkunde en scheikunde aan leerlingen tot en met de Europese bovenbouw van het voortgezet onderwijs, en aan leerlingen van het IB- en A-niveau.

Voor Biologie geef ik uitgebreide lessen voor studenten tot en met het Europees secundair niveau, GCSE en IGCSE. Mijn lesmethode is flexibel en aanpasbaar, zodat elke student persoonlijke begeleiding krijgt op basis van zijn/haar leerstijl en doelen.

Momenteel geef ik les aan een diverse groep studenten met verschillende opleidingsachtergronden.

Opmerking: Hoewel sommige van mijn studenten lesprogramma's in het Frans, Duits of Zweeds volgen, is mijn primaire instructietaal Engels. Aangezien wiskunde een universele taal is, zijn de taken gemakkelijk te begrijpen en leg ik oplossingen duidelijk uit in het Engels, wat zorgt voor een naadloze leerervaring voor iedereen.

Cours et soutien de mathématiques, de français ou d'anglais pour niveaux débutant, intermédiaire et avancé. Ayant obtenu le baccalauréat option internationale (OIB) en série Scientifique spécialité mathématiques avec la mention Très Bien cette année, je suis bilingue en français et en anglais, et j'ai un niveau de Terminale S en maths. Je sais donner des cours à des plus petits en rendant les cours ludiques, mais je comprends aussi la difficulté posée par le baccalauréat français, étant moi-même passée par là, et peut donc transmettre mon expérience d'apprentissage à des collégiens ou lycéens.

I grew up in-between Mexico and the Netherlands and completed a bilingual education in English and Spanish. I passed my GCSE examinations after Grade 10 and attained a final score of 42/45 points in the IB in 2021. After graduating from a United World College, I move to The Hague to study at Leiden University, where I obtained a BA in International Law (summa cum laude).

I started tutoring at 14, but only began doing it regularly four years later at the IB level. My professional experience has also included college-level student assistantships. My approach to learning is influenced by my own diverse background. I have studied under different systems in the Mexico, the Netherlands and France, which allowed me to experiment with various learning methods and discover what works and what doesn't. When it comes to the IB, I especially understand how to structure written assignments (including IAs, TOK essay and the EE) and have several tips to achieve the highest results.

I strongly believe that each student has a unique way of learning, and my objective is to discover what works best for you. Together, we can make the most of our time and make the learning process enjoyable and effective.

Voor ouders is het vaak lastig in te schatten of het kind bijles nodig heeft. En als het zeker is dat het kind bijles nodig heeft is het 9 van de 10 keer te laat (blijven zitten, te lage advies etc..)

om dit te voorkomen meld je dan NU AAN voor de huiswerkbegeleiding!
zowel voor middelbare scholieren als bassischool leerlingen.

Ik kan zelf naar de bijles leerling komen (thuis) of via de facetime, teams en videobellen.

Let's enjoy French culture together!
I believe immersion is the best way for learning a new language, so let me bring France to you through lessons and fun activities! Cooking traditional dishes with French recipes, analyzing the lyrics of French songs and poems, watching cult French cinematographic works, and so on.
I can also adapt my teaching with a more academic approach of course. Vocabulary and grammar are on the programme as well.

This class is addressed to any student looking for engineering.
My goal is to explain sciences from a different perspective than your teacher/professor in school/university. I adapt to the student level and objectives, if it is going in full depth of a subject or just reinforcing previous knowledge. I will certainly not give you much work, but I can provide several exercices if wanted.

I specialise in analysis, algebra, and physics (mechanics, thermodynamics and electromagnetic) and will happily help you with everything you need !

TU Delft is Europe's most prestigious university for aerospace studies, preparing some of the best engineers. However the selection procedure is tough and demanding, and only those prepared have a chance to succeed.

As a TU Delft student, I know from first hand how stressfull this process is, and can therefore help you succeed in the preparation of these exams. I have previous experience as a tutor back in high school, helping students improve their grades from Cs to As.

Moreover, I have an extensive knowledge on the subjects tested on these exams, having taken them myself, completed the courses at university with excellent grades and teaching over 10 students for the entrance exam.

Throughout the class, I will use a presentation to explain the main concepts of each exam (Maths, Physics and Aerospace Engineering), focusing on those subjects the student is struggling with most. After this, I will help the student complete some practice excercises, and then assign extra practice to complete on their own time. These exercises will then be reviewed in the following class to ensure the topics have been understood.
