I have been practicing physiotherapy for 6 years and am specialised in rehabilitation of sports injuries, return to sport training, post-operative rehabilitation, rehabilitation of back injuries, chronic back and neck pain, knee injuries, hip injuries, arthritis, shoulder injuries, fall prevention in the elderly, and postural realignment. Additionally, I am certified in the Select Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) focused on identification of imbalances leading to injury, and perform biomechanical video running analysis. I have worked with high level athletes and performing artists as well as elderly individuals.

Course will be designed with your short term and long term goals in mind. Course consists of an initial evaluation followed by multiple follow-up classes at your convenience and can include any available equipment you have, or just body weight. At this time, course is only available online via webcam.

Hoe gaan de lessen in zijn werk?
Ik stuur je aan het begin van de opleiding de lesstof van de eerste module toe.

Deze kun je dan al vast doorbladeren.
Vervolgens behandelen we per scholing 1 les van de module. Je krijgt theorie maar daarnaast gaan we ook oefenen met de stof. Zodra jij denkt dat je er klaar voor bent, dan gaan we het officiële examen aanvragen.

Bibliotherapy is a therapy that uses written texts such as self-help books, manuals, novels and picture books to help people of all ages with their psychological and physical problems.

Even the ancient Greeks believed that literature was important both psychologically and spiritually, and placed a sign above their library with the inscription "Place for the Healing of the Soul." In bibliotherapy, reading material is selected as a therapeutic aid in medical and psychiatric treatment. This targeted reading as guidance in solving personal problems is also used in hospitals, for example. Bibliotherapy is often combined with (other forms of) psychotherapy.

I am a doctor of medicine and hold a doctorate in biomedical sciences. I have several years already in the training of young colleagues and the preparation for exams. I help prepare and write theses and dissertations. I am the student throughout the year and I help him in the revision of his lessons.

I prepare the student for the entrance exam for medicine and/or dentistry. Because a lot of work goes into this, I recommend enjoying both early and well-planned preparation so that the chances of passing this exam are optimal.
