Sports and nutrition cannot go separate and that’s why my sessions covers both. Classes will be different each day and we will focus on your preferences and will adapt depending on your progress and personal, health situations but… always with fun. Healthy lifestyle will be integrated into your life . You can also choose the duration of the lessons , from 30 min express up to 60 min.

Pilates for musicians/ Training classes specially designed for musicians
As a Pilates teacher, I intend on giving group classes, workshops and private lessons predominantly tailored to musicians. Through my Master's thesis “Pilates for Musicians, A design exercise program for string players” I created a suitable exercise program that focuses on and precisely serves the musicians' needs. I truly believe that the method could be a beneficial support for all musicians ’ instrumental practice which easily can be involved into their lives. As a professional violinist myself, I am familiar with the particular physical issues of (string)musicians. My teaching method is based on the STOTT PILATES ® repertoire which I expand with the exercises I created for musicians. Since 2020 I run online classes for musicians as well. In these classes, I use a big screen to have a view to all my clients so I can give proper feedback and advices for musicians, as we would be in the same room. Sessions aimed to be personalized and are focused to help achieve better posture, improve flexibility and balance, building a strong lean muscles. The class can be design by adding the Props such as Flex Band, Toning Balls, Light Weights, Foam Cushion, Fitness Circle, etc. (if you have them) but no worries if you don't, a mat and a small towel can work just fine. Over 10 years experience as a yoga teacher. 15+ years of personal practice. My yoga class - combination of cyclical dynamics and statics, with a wealth of experience delivering yoga lessons to a variety of individuals, with different needs, ensuring to accommodate their individual needs. The background of personal education in yoga: I have 2 main directions(yoga schools) that contributed to my becoming a master of yoga - Universal yoga and Ishvara yoga. A deadly combination that shaped my own yoga style. I don't like wasting time on a yoga mat. So if I decide to stand on a yoga mat - we will work pretty hard, without sentiments.
