From day one, we'll be doing science-based workouts and nutrition that actually work while avoiding shiny but utterly useless fads. If you’re looking to change your life, take your physical self to the next level, and maybe gain a fitness buddy, you're in the right place. I'll be supportive, attentive, and genuinely invested in your goals. I don't yell like a drill sergeant, but I'll still push you when you need it. Oh, and expect a joke or two every now and then. Life's too important to take too seriously all the time.

Bachelor's in History from Montclair State University, with a concentration in Latin American history, graduated in 2010. Very relevant to my current career path.
