I am a professional soprano with Master’s degrees in Opera and international training in Spain, Italy and Austria. I offer individual classical singing lessons tailored to each student’s voice, level and goals. In our lessons, we work on healthy and efficient vocal technique, breathing, resonance, vocal freedom, intonation, musicality and interpretation. We then apply the technical work to your own repertoire, whether you are working on opera arias, art songs or other classical repertoire. For advanced singers and students preparing for auditions, entrance exams or competitions, we can work specifically on repertoire selection, musical and vocal preparation, interpretation, diction and performance skills. My approach is personal and practical: every voice is different, so I adapt the exercises and repertoire to the individual student. Hi! I'm Leila, a French-Austrian opera singer, trained in France and Germany. In my singing lessons, I focus on developing a healthy, sustainable technique, while helping students discover untapped potential and find fulfillment in singing. My approach is based on listening, physical awareness and flexibility, allowing the technique to develop organically and understanding what works best for each person individually. As we work on pieces, I also focus on the musical aspects of singing such as intonation and phrasing, as well as the artistic dimension: expression, interpretation, language, and stylistic awareness. Lessons take place in a comfortable, supportive atmosphere where curiosity and enjoyment are encouraged. The goal is to help you get to know your own instrument more deeply, develop confidence, and ultimately find the greatest pleasure and freedom in singing. My expertise as an trained French-Austrian opera singer, is in the opera repertoire going from baroque to modern, as well as german Lied, French songs, and classical musicals. I have a background in both music pedagogy and artistic education. Soprano and pianist student at the Musik und Kunst Privatuniversität der Stadt Wien, I offer private singing lessons (classical training only, musical training included). Having dual training and being specialized, among other things, in singing accompaniment and direction, the lessons can be accompanied on the piano if you have one! I therefore take advantage of my skills in these two specialties which complement each other wonderfully, in order to enrich and develop musicality, ear quality but also improvement in sight reading. There are no students. Only musicians! Finally, and the technical part being of course essential, I therefore apply the basics of vocal technique based on breathing and relaxation, in order to soothe any parasitic tensions and free the vocal apparatus and allow the voice to to flourish as best as possible. I also supplement my teaching with my knowledge of speech therapy.

Depending on the individual circumstances, we will analyze and improve your singing technique step by step, and work on selected pieces both technically and musically. I teach according to the old Italian Belcanto method, which tries to develop the greatest possible beauty of the voice in a natural way. Terms like passagio, register adjustment, appoggio, inhalare la voce etc. belong to my methodical repertoire. My lessons are tailored to each student’s age, experience, and goals. Children (7–12 years old) For younger students, lessons focus on building confidence while making learning fun. We begin with simple vocal warm-ups and ear training to develop pitch and intonation, then move on to singing their favourite songs, encouraging good vocal habits in an enjoyable way. Teenagers (12-17 years old) With teenage students, we start with more structured vocal warm-ups and exercises. As we discover their natural voice, we work on developing a comfortable vocal range, improving technique, and applying these skills through songs that suit their voice and interests. Adults and seniors (18+) For adult students, lessons are usually divided into two parts. We begin with vocal technique, focusing on breathing, diaphragm support, scales, arpeggios, and intonation. We then apply these techniques through singing, helping you develop confidence, control, and healthy vocal habits. I will give you repertoire to study or we will study the pieces you have to prepare. The final goal will be to sing on a musical accompaniment. Every student learns at a different pace. Some may spend more time building a solid technical foundation before moving on to more challenging repertoire, and that’s perfectly fine. My priority is to ensure that every student feels comfortable, supported, and confident throughout their vocal journey. I teach children, teenagers, and adults and seniors from complete beginners to advanced singers. My classical training provides a strong technical foundation that can be applied to any musical style, whether you enjoy pop, musical theatre, jazz, rock, or classical singing.
