Luna - Brussels, Belgium$62
Trusted teacher: I am currently a student at the Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles. I am in my third bachelor. I have followed harp lessons for 13 years with various renowned teachers such as Eline Groslot and Annie Lavoisier. In this period I also gained a lot of experience as a concert harpist. With, among other things, the second prize in the competition Français de la Harpe (2017). And for 3 years I also give private lessons in harp and solfège. These lessons focus on both (young) children who want to learn harp and adults who want to start with harp. Each student is guided at his own pace and the lessons are adapted to the wishes of each student. Also, solfège lessons are adapted as much as possible to the pace of the student.

Mélanie - Floreffe, Belgium$32
Trusted teacher: "I still remember the first time I heard the sounds of a harp, when I was 8, my grandparents took me to a concert in the little church in Gosselies. To pinch the strings, I was kidnapped by the magic sound that came from the heart of the woods. The longer the concert went on, the closer I got to the harp ... After harassing my parents for a year, I started To study this magnificent instrument, it immediately became a sacred object for me, and thanks to him, I could communicate my feelings, laugh, relax and find the desired balance. " My courses are based on the Irish teaching method so first of all to the ear, on the resources that the student has in himself and on the fact that one learns while having fun. I propose a harp lesson: - Medieval dedicated to teenagers and adults for false beginner and intermediate based on medieval music and rebirth, improvisation, arrangement of melodies, ... - Celtic for all ages from 14 to 70 years, beginner level, false beginner, intermediate and intermediate / advanced based on Celtic repertoire and Irish, Scottish and Breton techniques After a few lessons, the neo-harpists will play short and simple melodies until the end of the journey to play more complete melodies that provide accompaniment and use of both hands. Lessons are defined on the learning needs of individual students. Even if I use the Irish teaching method, I will provide the basis for reading the pentagram, for the integration of rhythm, the foundations of harmony so that the student can read a piece of music independently. I live in Italy, so I come back once a month in Belgium (sometimes more) for the courses in attendance (duration of the lesson in attendance: 90 minutes). Next dates for the courses in attendance: - December 22nd to 28th - From 18 to 20 January For skype lessons (3x per month, lesson duration 60 minutes) see the typical week.
