I have worked fulltime, for the past 15 years, as a language teacher and translator. I was born in Sweden, to Danish parents and live with an Englishman. I teach said three languages to both private and commercial clients, placing great emphasis on client needs and abilities. Cultural knowledge is also very important to the understanding of any language and is therefore included in all courses. The dreaded grammar is the fundamental building block to a language, but I try to make it as fun as possible.......as well as the homework and self-study.

Danish for beginners and current students who are learning Danish in school and need some help with their material. I am born and raised in Denmark so my Danish level is native 100%. I am also open to working with Arab-speaking people to strengthen your Danish. Depending on your level, we will work with some fun activities, and do some speech exercises as well. Update 15/09/2020: I have, by now, had experience with 2 different age groups on Apprentus; A 7-year-old and a 29-year-old. I definitely see a difference in their learning pattern, and it has helped me broaden my horizon in terms of teaching techniques! I AM OPEN TO TAKE ON ALL AGE GROUPS, don't worry; I'll customize the lessons so they cater to your needs!

I offer conversational practice as well as exercises in spelling and grammar for those of you who already have basic Danish skills. I organize online lessons according to your needs and level. We can practice pronunciation, grammar and spelling. If you have special wishes or goals, I will make our plans accordingly. My background: I have a Cand.Mag. (Master Degree) in Cultural Studies, and have previously taught. I currently work as a proofreader (Language editor).
