Statistics is a mathematical science that includes methods of collecting, organizing, and analyzing data so that meaningful conclusions can be drawn from them. In general, its investigations and analyses fall into two broad categories called descriptive and inferential statistics.
In this course, you will be provided information about the basics of the statistical concepts so that you will get good grades in you exams. we will learn statistics through different languages and different statistical tools like (SAS, STATA, Rstudio, MATLAB, MINITAB, SPSS ETC.

I teach for all levels, from children starting from zero to students who want to prepare certifications at the Conservatories, passing through amateurs or simply curious of any age.

I firmly believe in the importance of knowing how to read music and this is exactly what I teach first, obviously adapting the method to the age of my students: knowing how to read music is knowing one more language, which, if learned well, won’t ever be forgotten (like riding a bicycle!) and it is an invaluable wealth. Starting from that point I teach the position of the hand, the arm and the whole body at the piano, the fundamentals of the piano technique (giving great importance to the percussive movement of the finger and the distribution of weight), the understanding of musical language, the expression of the personality through the keyboard, the search for touch and knowledge of piano repertoire.

Ik ben een Spaanse pianist en componist (MMus afgestudeerd aan Codarts Rotterdam in beide richtingen) met al veel jaren leservaring, en ook zeer actief op het gebied van optredens in diverse contexten.

Then there is the analysis of a piece of music that can be so confusing that we could spend some valuable one-to-one time on. I worked in a comprehensive school teaching music for over 35 years. In that time I engaged with many different exam boards at GCSE and A level delivering a range of different courses. This experience and my passion for all aspects of music, whether it be performing, composing or listening and analysis enables me to give you the right advice. My area of expertise is in symphonic/classical music, namely a wind band/orchestra setting. I am studying music theory, ear training, and piano, and I feel comfortable offering help in these subjects through a high school level. I am an experienced performer, so I am comfortable coaching auditions and practice lessons.
